The food tasted good, but it was drenched in salt. The drinks were good, but filled with sugar. Most Blacks in society today have hypertension or diabetes and that's due to the way we prepare our food and drinks. I would like to continue to support this black owned businesses, but my body can't handle the high salt and sugar content.
Normally everything will be good but yesterday was the worst yesterday I came in and got tilapia and shrimp dinner I should’ve knew something was up when the white lady in the back cooking say the fryer wasn’t going over 120 it didn’t dawn on me at the time so I checked my food everything was there everything on top felt done because i asked for my fish to be extra crispy which I thought it was I get to my friend house take a bite of fish instantly stomach got upset I thought it was because I was walking in the heat but no I go to the bottom of the plate I have half cooked fish the last three at the bottom was very watery take out was at 4:42 pm 9-5-2025 take out number #6593682

From the moment I walked I felt the good energy: from the good smelling food to Olivia greeting me with a big smile & the music. It was my first there and wasn’t sure what to get and she helped me sooo much. I loved her personality and customer service A1! The food was amazing, the greens was perfectly seasoned, the catfish was perfectly cooked too !!! Definitely worth the drive and stopping here while driving to Virginia. Highly recommend!
