Went to this location after a rude interaction at the Firetower location. This location had great customer service and let us know that it would be a couple of minutes for our food. Our food was fresh and good.

I placed a delivery order. Two of the items that I added to my order were two of the sauces, did not receive. There was no barbecue sauce on my smoked brisket sandwich, which seemed to be all of the end pieces. The fried mac and cheese bites were overcooked, almost burnt. I am beyond disappointed.

If you want to have any decent level of service in the dining room, you might as well just order in the drive through, park, and bring it inside. As with most fast food places nowadays…it appears as though they’re only concerned with their drive through times. You can easily wait 20-30 minutes in the dining room before receiving your food.

Cold dry food, the manager didn't even speak to me, wilted brown lettuce on everything, the 10.99 double big cheesy bacon burger was put in the deep fryer and www dry made me gag the lettuce alone was disgusting, Fries were cold and soggy aa i always get The new Mac n cheese bites were ok but not hot has too reheat those and the fries, the buffalo chicken wrap was absolutely smothered in hot and ranch, would've liked to tasted the burger

They deleted my other review .the shift manager was very rude, and he didn't handle my issue. He called the towing company to tow my car, and i had to pay 325$ to get my car back. When i asked for his name, he wrote this to me . Look at the picture
Parking: They will tow your car if you parked in the back even if you were a customer
