I always have to pull forward and wait for cold food. I don't understand. No one is even there dining inside. My vehicle is the only one in the drive-thru.

I went there to get me a fish sandwich and they have me waiting like 20 minutes like if they have fish in the back I took my money and then it was hard to get a refund didn't they were like oh you want something else no I want what I want

From A Unique Perspective
The food is always delicious when I do come here! However, your employee that works the drive-thru with the purple hair (Envianna) needs to be gone. Her customer service was terrible. Very bad. I usually get pleasant people through the drive-thru here whenever I do come but today was a disappointment. This is true of Zaxbys and other fast food spots around Greenville as well. If you don't like your job, find another one but don't treat the customers like they are burden. The thing is too me and one other car was in line so it wasn't like it was busy.
Get better people at your establishments! However the food here is good. ❤️

Went into drive-thru on 1/29/24 at around 6:30 and waited for like 20 minutes with two cars in front of us. I got to the speaker and was on hold for 5-10 minutes. A girl started taking our order then another lady cut in and said, "OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN YOU CAN'T ODER RIGHT NOW". I understand if you have issues with your system but the lady who cut in did not have to have an attitude. Why not tell the girl who was taking our order, she could have said that and not have been as rude. Super weird. Went to the 10th st location after and they were super nice.

fried so hard i almost broke a tooth- the chicken and fries tasted like fish pretty sure theyre not using diff friers- messed up all of the sandwich mods. with no line they will still make you wait 15 mins for an online order

Really poor customer service. We were here at 1130 on a Sunday morning. Not another sole in line and we were asked to pull up. She shut the window, we tapped asking that they please bring sauces and she said "pull up sir".
