If paying with a card, make sure you get it back before you get your food. Cashier was rude and abrupt and wouldn't let me finish my order and persisted on substitutions. If you don't have proper manners, you don't need a job dealing with the public.

Food quality has definitely declined over the last year.
The last couple orders I've gotten from here have been really bad, just got 2 buffalo chicken sliders they were crushed and microwaved to death and tasted really bad and I had to wait for ever and I was the only order in line smh..A few nights ago I got dinner from this same Arby's and got a gyro the bread was so stale it broke in half and was awful tasting... This place used to be alright it's just bad now. Not really worth the money, definitely will go back when I think they have new people working the kitchen there.

Does not even deserve one star. The order was completely wrong. It took 5 whole minutes for the order to be taken as it’s person didn’t understand what 2 orders of mozzarella sticks for the 2 for 7$ value meal meant. Then we have been waiting over 15 minutes for our food. My husband eventually went in and was given a cup with no lid and told to fill our own drinks. The food is cold. Missing half of the wrong order. My 1 year old didn’t even get his kids meal. Will never be back.
