We just ordered breakfast here. A breakfast wrap for me with an extra egg, cheese, spinach, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and turkey sausage. My boyfriend ordered a plain bagel, double toasted with sausage, egg and cheese. We placed our order at the kiosk. It was busy, but our order was ready pretty quickly. We got our order to go. I was so disappointed. I didn't get my extra egg that I paid extra for, and the veggies were all raw! They were not cooked whatsoever. It was disgusting. My boyfriend's bagel was also not toasted. We will never return.

Their system was down, we did not get our food, and I’m still waiting on my refund.We ordered on the screen, sat down, and after 20 minutes a waitress comes up and asks the name for our order, we tell her and she says oh I think we have to remake it that it didn’t come through the system correctly or something, we were confused and I asked her if she needed to know what we ordered again and she said no she’s got it. After 30 more minutes she brings us food that is not ours, we tell her this and she says oh your order must have just been taken by another worker that happens when we’re super busy. She then wanted to retake our order but at this point we had no time to order again and I asked for a refund but their system was down, they refused to give me cash and they said they would call me to follow up and give me my refund. This was almost a week ago and I have yet to receive my refund.When this business is just a little bit slammed do not expect to get your correct order much less get your food at all.

My wife and I stop here when we are passing through town. Unfortunately we have never received a correct order at any visit. We had stopped coming a few years ago and decided to give them another batch of tries. Our orders are always rung up and ticketed correctly, but we never get that complete order, at any visit. Today we ordered two bagels to go and got one. Super frustrating. Makes me wonder why we started coming back?

Ive only been once, and that was because i was curious about one bagel: the cheese bagel. It sounded great, but when i got it i was dissappointed. it wasent the baglemans fault, it was my fault for not asking. They put the square cheese inside of it and heated it up, while i was thinking they will use shredded cheese. to me... a BIG taste difference and quality difference.again, my fault, i didnt ask, i assumed. it was still a decent bagel, but i will never stop wondering how it would taste with shredded cheese instead.

Was a great place to have warm soup at 7am for people who don't want sugar and grease. Go in today and can't get it no more until after 9AM. Just made a night nurse hate Bagel Man!!! I always get 2 to 4 of them when I come in!!!Thank you for responding to my review, they made me so upset this morning as you always make it when I come in. I asked to speak to you and they said you were out of town. I love your place and soup and will return as right now I'm currently trying to make it myself because I could not get it this morning. I will change my review to a 5 star now and return tomorrow for some soup!!

Went on a Sunday morning, so totally understand that it’s going to be busy. Waited around 30 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and a wrap. Bagel was great, wrap was ok, but just a bummer that it took so long.
