Good ice cream rude workers. My fiancé pointed at their toppings paper to ask about strawberries and the girls looked at him like he was stupid and said "those are cherries". Really? He wasn't pointing at a topping on the counter we were looking at the paper. Do yall not have strawberries or did you not want to prep more..

Charm Hard

Simply the best.

Thank you to AMANDA for an incredible experience on 11/05/2024. Baskin-Robbins brings back so many wonderful childhood memories for me. I love how Amanda interacted with my kid, boyfriend and I during our visit . She was willing to help& go the extra mile all while keeping a smile on her face. Great customer service skills.

I have been to this Baskin Robbins many times. Today was incredibly disappointing. The employee seemed irritated to be working, but I figured, it’s just scooping ice cream, how much harm can be done? Well I ordered my son a scoop of chocolate ice cream. My son has a nut allergy and has had the chocolate ice cream before so I figured it was safe to get. I noticed in the middle of the tub of chocolate ice cream that there was a piece of white ice cream. Perhaps dropped into it from a previous scooping from one of the surrounding ice creams. I should have watched her scoop, I should have checked his scoop before I let him have it. But I told myself she wouldn’t just scoop whatever that white stuff was into this scoop, or maybe it was just some vanilla and not a nut containing ice cream.
When I got it home, just in case, I flipped the scoop into another bowl to see if I saw that white ice cream. I didn’t. My son started eating it and said “there is something in my ice cream”. There it was, that white ice cream embedded in the middle of the chocolate scoop. In that white ice cream, a nut about a quarter inch in size. My son started crying, because he was terrified that he was going to die. I reassured him that because he did not eat it, he would be okay. I however, was terrified too. I gave him Benadryl, grabbed his epi pen (just in case) and prepared for what could have been an emergency.
I called the store, because I noticed that white ice cream in the middle of that chocolate, and I just wanted to let them know they shouldn’t just scoop whatever into the scoops they make. I was met with hostility, and excuse making. As if what had happened was just a little tiny piece of nut or something. But it was clearly there, and she chose to just scoop it up into that scoop. I should have advocated for my son, I shouldn’t have let her stinky attitude cause me to just shy away and quickly try to get out of there. I decided to post a review because I’m worried after their response on the phone that the two girls there will just keep the incident to themselves and maybe even just laugh off this incident.
One of the girls did seem pleasant, but the one who scooped that chocolate ice cream seemed miserable just existing there. I hope next time if anyone there sees a clearly different ice cream in the tub, they won’t just use the next persons scoop as an opportunity to clean that piece out and sell it to someone. Not sure if that is typical Baskin Robbins policy, but if it is, it really shouldn’t be. People aren’t wanting whatever hodge-podge of flavors they’ve accidentally dripped into other tubs.
Generally this place is not bad, seems relatively clean and I’ve normally experienced pretty good customer service. Today I just had the employee that didn’t want to be there, and I should have stood up for myself and my son.

"I was utterly disgusted to find a long strand of hair lurking in my supposedly pristine ice cream at Baskin Robbins. Not only did it ruin my appetite, but it also left me questioning the hygiene standards of this establishment. The thought of consuming hair-infested dessert is revolting beyond words.

Thank so much for a beautiful cake! I didn't think you enough when I was there so I had to write a review I wish I knew the name of the cake decorator to thank her personally.

They have many ice cream flavors to choose from and a variety of other desserts. You can also get ice cream cakes from there. The store has a pretty nice vibe. Though it is slightly pricey, and from how quickly the ice cream melted I can tell that it’s made with mainly water. So if you are planning to get ice cream there, get some flavors you normally don’t get cuz you could just get the common ones at your local grocery store for a really cheap price.

First and the last time trying this place. Almost 5$ for the tiniest amount of ice cream.

Ice cream is good, however the cones are stale. Went there the first time and had a stale cone I figure hmm maybe it’s just today. Came back another day and the cone is stale again.
