We have visited this Biscuitville (1970 , S.E. Greenville Blvd.) numerous times. We always experience great service, good food and a friendly atmosphere. This morning, Kayla was very friendly and welcoming. Later she visited our table to make sure our meal was good. The food was excellent! Her smiling face made us feel special and appreciated.
Being from Greensboro, I've been going to biscuitville for 27 years. This is hands down the worst one I've ever encountered. Extremely slow, even if you are the only one there. Will have you pull up in the drive thru every single time, Without fail. 7:00am and no biscuits and the parking lot empty? This place will not make it without a big change.
I've never been to a biscuitville so this was my first time but the food was good the inside was clean and the employees were great. what more can you ask for!
Very good
Excellent Breakfast Restaurant. Many options and great biscuits. Staff was professional and courteous. Clean restaurant. Highly Recommend.
Customer service was very poor communication and greeting was very rude so better drive thru cashier's and Manager đ
If youâre looking for seasoned food this place is not it . If you like bland food with no flavor youâll love this place. The spicy honey chicken biscuit is good from here.
The young lady working the window on 2/9 had a great attitude. Itâs much appreciated and noticed
Fast, friendly service. Fresh, tasty food. Cleanest men's bathroom I've seen (even smelled good!)
Biscuitville biscuit was very good.

Good breakfast.
Food is great! Definitely love the biscuits and gravy, grits and hash brown casserole. Though, I felt extremely rushed in the drive thru line. I wasnât provided with a menu to look at to see if I wanted to change up my order at all until I pulled up to the person standing outside. She handed me a menu to read but as she handed it she said âWhat can I get you?â. I only got grits and hash brown casserole since I felt rushed. Theyâre delicious and I only paid about 5-6 dollars for both all together. Although, when I got to the window to check and make sure my order was right I was going to ask for extra salt and pepper. Once I opened my mouth to speak the man at the window said âHave a good day.â with a rushed attitude. He was also just holding my bag out the window before I pulled up. This isnât the first time this same man has given me attitude for no reason at the drive thru. Last time I assumed he was just confused on how the register works and may have been new or something but now I realize itâs just his attitude.
Their food is delicious but the customer service needs work. You guys could make a lot more money if you didnât rush people. All I needed was 15-30 seconds of time and was not given it.
I've always had good experiences here, but today was a different story. The fries were overcooked and the ham biscuit only had a sliver. When I said something about it, I was charged $3.41 for another piece of ham. Very disappointing.
Can't wait to get in.I know that I will love it.
The food is decent. I find it super annoying when they force employees to stand outside and breathe in my face to take my order. If I wanted direct contact I would go inside and not in the drive thru. Why pay hundreds of dollars for a menu screen customers can even take the time to view? Why make your employees roast in the summer heat and freeze in the winter? I go through the drive thru so I do not have to directly interact and have your employees breathe their germs on me and expect me to touch a disgusting germ filled paper menu hundreds of other people have been forced to look at? Will probably just go to bojangles next time I see an employee standing outside.
