I tried biscuitville today for the first time and my experience was 10/10 the entire time. The person who took our order was perfect, we had to wait and they ran outside TWICE to first give us our coffee and then our food just so we could have hot coffee. The food was absolutely delicious , the best biscuit I've ever had. Its so delicious that I'm convinced anyone who says otherwise is lying for attention. So good. I would die for this biscuit. I'm addicted now and need rehab.

We have been looking forward to trying Biscuitville since it opened in Greenville, but it is always so busy. We had the bacon and eggs biscuit, sausage gravy, and bacon egg and cheese on an English. The food was so underwhelming. The muffin sandwich was dry and the bacon was as hard as a rock. The biscuit sandwich was so crumbley that it was hard to eat. The sausage gravy had absolutely no flavor. We tried adding salt and pepper and that couldn't even help it. Overall, I wish we had gone somewhere else for breakfast. We spent 22 dollars and left hungry, it was a very disappointing experience.

An anonymous former employee here, If you're considering this place I would look elsewhere. You will be met with non fresh food as most employees (as encouraged by management) will just reset freshness timers whenever they go off. I have seen food sit for hours before being sold to customers. Similarly food that is kept in the walk-in being relabeled when the expiration tags expire as to not waste product. Sanitation buckets, coffee, and tea also facing this issue. Many corners are cut in the name of profit, much to the disregard to the customer. Not to mention the lack of proper scheduling by the operator causing customers to wait excessively long for their food.
