went to biscuitvile in lenior Nc they messed up order while taking it. They redid it pulled to up pay window they messed up added on stuff wasnt ordered. Finally got to pick up window and they give us wrong order....nobody apologised or offered any compensation...it was fustrating will not be back!!!!

Boiling Springs SC.. we were so excited to go to the soft opening only to be treated poorly by employees after THEY FORGOT our food. I get it was free food - but I didn’t go for free food. I went to let my children experience something cool (the soft opening) and then they left off one of the biscuits we ordered. We were told to go to the back of the line even after explaining what the issue was and so I tried, just so my 10 year old wouldn’t be disappointed since her sister got her food but she didn’t. I thought I went around to the back of the line and was told there was a different line I needed to go to the back of, after trying twice I left bc not only they were so unorganized and rude but I have a newborn who was crying. I wouldn’t have been the slightest bit upset at the missing biscuit if they handled it with concern not the rudeness I don’t appreciate. You chose to do free food, I would have gladly paid. You should still treat the customers with respect because those are your future customers (or not!) I know I’ve already decided I will not be back. I wish I had gotten the girls name who kept being rude. I typically don’t leave bad reviews about food unless it’s cooked wrong but while I’m here I will say that it wasn’t anything special that’s worth going out of your way to be treated bad for. I will tell everyone I know that Biscuitville isn’t worth the trouble. “Country fries” were bland and literally tasted like cardboard. My daughter that did get her food wasn’t impressed. We still had to go elsewhere to replace my other daughter’s meal so she chose to get something else since her Biscuitville food wasn’t good. Treat people better and you’ll go a lot farther.

Close the one in Madison Heights Va. The food absolutely sucks and the employees are even worse. It’s hard to believe they are not even competent enough to work in fast food….

Got here early Friday morning for breakfast. Biscuit was soft. Grits were creamy and cheesy. I had to add salt and pepper but I had that feeling anyway being most places now allow you to salt and pepper your own food.

I got a chicken biscuit that was raw in the middle.
Exquisite biscuit, super fresh and delicious with honey spicy chicken. Lightly spicy but expertly cooked and very tasty. I had a great time here and I wish we had one in Connecticut, I would go all the time.

For a place that makes fresh made biscuits. The food was not tasty at all. We got our order dine in and my bacon egg & cheese biscuit was even room temperature. I would think it would be hot and fresh. Me nor my family couldn’t enough anything we ordered
