I don’t regularly go to Biscuitville, but I had a taste for it. I ordered a pancake platter via the drive-thru line. After paying, I had to pull up and wait for my food to be brought out. I get home and there are no pancakes in the bag. There’s pancake syrup… but no pancakes. I understand people make mistakes, but if you clearly see the order on the screen, how do you still manage to mess it up? I went back to the restaurant to return the order and get a refund. The manager was nice and issued me a refund that I have to wait to receive due to using a card. Basically, I waited for an inaccurate order… and I have to wait to get my money back because of an inaccurate order. This kind of stuff is expected at McDonald’s… not Biscuitville.

I only have one thing to say.. why two lanes and you only use one?? Even on Sundays, the busiest day.. only one lane open!
On another note, always double check your food for order accuracy.

I called the previous day for a catering order. When I came to pick it up, the staff all look confused and then remembered that I had an order that they forgot about. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my catering order to be completed. The staff were very unprofessional, cussing and talking loudly to each other in the kitchen and at the checkout counter, though the entire dining area could hear them. Very disappointing as I have come to this location many times.

Visited this place last Saturday. Ordered my food in drive thru. There were 2 cars ahead of me. Once I got to the window they asked me to pull forward my food was not ready. All I ordered was 2 biscuits. It took them 36 minutes in all to bring me my food. Just got the biscuits to have this little thin piece of ham on it & the edges were too hard and crispy. Won't be going there any time soon.

First time patron, and I was very satisfied. If I had known earlier that the food was this good, I would have already stopped in.

First time but I'm not impressed. Wasn't bad but I guess I thought more of in the realm of home made food in a sense.

Service was extremely slow. Although the biscuit was warm, the egg and cheese were cold. The cheese wasn't even melted.

First time here at Biscuitville and the waiting period was more than 30 minutes. Once the food arrived at the table; the center of the chicken biscuit was raw. Then I was missing an order of fries. Definitely will not be back to this location.

The biscuits are fantastic. Got the fried chicken biscuit with hashbrown hashbrown wasn't greasy or whimpy. Good crunch but slightly salty. Chicken was fantastic. Not spicy or greasy. Definitely will be back
