First time here at Biscuitville and the waiting period was more than 30 minutes. Once the food arrived at the table; the center of the chicken biscuit was raw. Then I was missing an order of fries. Definitely will not be back to this location.

The biscuits are fantastic. Got the fried chicken biscuit with hashbrown hashbrown wasn't greasy or whimpy. Good crunch but slightly salty. Chicken was fantastic. Not spicy or greasy. Definitely will be back

Grits were nasty and stiff & the spicy chicken sandwich was absolutely disgusting at this location!! I bit into it and was way too big & bread falls to pieces .

The best biscuits and sausage gravy in town. Service is inconsistent, especially during busy hours, but always friendly. Like that you can watch the biscuits being rolled and then send to the baking machine. Definitely our go to place for a quick, delicious breakfast...also like having Cheerwine as a soda option 😊

This Biscuitville in Greenville, NC has TWO drive thru lanes. TWO! They had ONE boy outside with a tablet taking orders manually. How degrading. How disgusting. We are in 2025. A new constructed building with TWO FULL WORKING Drive Thru lanes and they take advantage of this young black man so that whites inside do not have to wear headsets and take orders. I have been a manager in food service for years and I am disgusted. I knew what it was the minute I pulled up.

In my opinion , it was not what it was hyped up to be. I got a turkey Biscuit with egg and cheese. The egg looked plastic , was really dry, the Biscuit was flat and the fries was too seasoned with season salt. I am willing to give it another try , maybe it was an off day
Great service and great food. The steak and cheese biscuit was fantastic. Country fried steak with pimento cheese, cackalacky sauce (sweet BBQ sauce), and pickles are an unexpected new favorite. The honey bun was amazing, honestly one of the best I think I've ever had. The location was clean and well kept, and the team was great. Will definitely return.

I agreed to wait 15 minutes! Only 15 for my food and ended up being there an hour because my order was “bypassed”. With 2 kids in the car😒I wanted to get my money back but I didn’t want to wait for nothing. Other than that great food and they threw in 2 holeless donuts😂
