Visited march 11 2025 around 8 PM. Upon arrival I greeted the cashier (seemed a little backwards) Bojangles claims to serve breakfast all day, not this location. They say “breakfast stops at 11 am”

This has got to be the most inadequately run restaurant I have ever been in. I deliver for Doordash. It took them 45 minutes to complete my order. There was a manager on site but she was completely useless. There is no sense of urgency to complete orders by employees. In the 45 minutes that I was waiting for my order the employees were standing around complaining about other employees. The manager was in the back yelling at the staff. They ran out of food, chicken, biscuits, side items. We ate at this location once. The food tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The restaurant was dirty and not inviting with rude employees. Save yourself the hassle and don't eat here. There are much better places to eat.

I hadn’t been to a bojangles since 2016 since moving away from the east coast. We stopped here after visiting family in icu and ordered 4 supreme dinners and there was a full line ahead. It was ready pretty quickly and I was surprised by that. The food was all fresh, hot and delicious. The employees were kind, smiling, and friendly. This bojangles reminded me of why I used to go all the time, it was so good! The bathrooms were clean and spotless and the eating area was clean and spotless too! If you’re in Greenville, definitely go to this bojangles! I even made sure to tell the manager and employees thank you and to keep up the good hard work! I appreciate hard workers, they deserve the recognition

I went to eat here with family ill say the chicken was sour I heard the employees talking about it . I asked what was going on to my surprise a employee told me the chicken was sour and the general manager told them to just wash the chicken off . Her name is Angela Judge I understand food cost but jesus is a bonus that important to serve our of date food . It had the whole lobby smelling like a sewer . Then something smelled burned up as well thinking someone burned something no it was the grease it was burnt up and once again after getting burnt tasting fries I went back to ask why are they tasting burnt and was told Angela Judge did not want to change the grease "it still had life" are you trying to take someone's life or make them sick over a quick penny . So I asked what can I order that doesn't go in the grease we ordered cheddar Bo and the young lady who brought them up was very kind . Not knowing the disbelief I was in over all the other food I got a refund but the manager working shameeka did not see the problem in sour or burnt grease with the nerve to still serve people. Another group came in got food while leaving they asked a employee why did the food smelled burnt she said the grease is burnt the general manager Angela Judge has knowledge of it and was there early in the day and knew before leaving she recommended trying the food before leaving to decide on a refund. A employee said this herself as a customer I would be highly upset to waste money on food that the manager knows isn't standard . Speaking out gets you in trouble. Also stating that they use of date food all the time and when brought to the general managers knowledge she will get mad . Someone close this place down IMMEDIATELY ‼️‼️

Went through the drive through at this location and immediately noticed the staff seemed irritated. They were very rude and seemed angry. Then, when 2 staff members pointed at us, one of them stood in front of the window with her back to us so we couldn’t see. When we received half of the food we paid for, (they shorted us) the food we received was destroyed. I was able to salvage the bacon off a biscuit, but the rest was comparable to the service. Garbage.

Came through drive thru placed order, young lady wasn't pleasant. After placing order asked did they serve coffee she said no. I saw the car in front of me get coffee. I pulled up asked the young lady at the window do they serve coffee. She said yes and politely asked did I want a cup.
