Local business reached out for a question regarding the cost of two cater sized items. The manager ( male) answered the phone and immediately told us to look online. After explaining that it couldn't be found online which is why the call was placed he stated really nonchalantly that no one was near the register and that he was the manager. Customer service is important and as the manager he should be the one to go above and beyond to politely answer the questio or direct customers desiring to spend money at this establishment.

Doesn’t matter if they’re dead or packed food will still be trash. Wait 3mins wait 15mins either way… undercooked soft fries or scraps, tenders that been sitting mad long I’m sure then the food barely be hot for three mins

Very goolld southern chicken
To have worked all night taking care of patients and to have cool food is disgusting and says alot about the ppl that work there. Please stop serving food you would not eat yourself. Now to drive the hour home in pure disgust and know my money was wasted!!
Placed an online order at 11:40am, the order was said to be ready at 12:10pm. I understand they are busy with it being a game day, but I ordered ahead and gave them a notice of 30 minutes. When I got there they said they had not even started the order I placed. I waited for over an hour and watched them handout every other large order but my own. I finally received my order at 1:05pm. The service was absolutely unacceptable and unwelcoming. I will not be back.

Absolute worst service, especially from the manager! Placed a mobile order NOT DOORDASH to eat in while I sat and did some school work before my next class. I got a notification that my food was ready so I went to the pick up line and waited. Food was not ready like the app stated. The manager had an attitude when asking my name for the order. After she yelled to the kitchen we need a sausage, egg, cheese biscuit. I politely said ma'am it is no egg. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and huff and say well they must have not put that in the order. I let her know it was on the receipt and she proceeds to roll her eyes, touching my food without gloves whiles bagging it, then touching her face and hair. There has hair on by biscuit, I can see why the place was so empty I would not want to come back after being treated rudely for making a correction to food I paid for. The only positive thing was the tea was great and the dining room was empty and quiet so I could study.

I usually eat from this Bojangles a lot. Today was just not a good day! After consuming my drink, I like to eat the ice after.. a little after 2 bites of ice, I notice something black in my cup, and when I look into it, it’s MOLD and then I noticed little black spots on the upper part of the cup. I am eight months pregnant and just consume a drink out of a moldy cup, and not only that when I had tasted the mashed potatoes, it tasted as if somebody had put some kind of chemical in them, and my lips were starting to burn. I’m not sure if the Dasher sprayed some perfume or something in my mashed potatoes or if it was a worker there, But I will no longer be eating there because that is a risk to my health and my unborn health! Before I consume the mashed potato, I smelled a strong fragrance, but I assume that it came from the Dashers Car because maybe her car is heavy scented, but I noticed that out of all my food, my mashed potatoes came in a separate bag inside of the Bojangles bag and my mashed potatoes was the only food with that fragrance smell that got tampered with!! I am highly disappointed and disgusted, and I will hope that this doesn’t cause any harm myself or my baby!!

Never been too impressed with Bojangles. Cleanliness is meh. Service is mid. But, the blueberry biscuits are so good. They keep me coming back!

Whomever the young man is at the counter, with the res shirt on. Has a very bad attitude. His workers made a mistake and he acted like I was lying. I work for the USPS im mot going to lie about 2.79. He needs more customer service training. Or he doesn't need to be a manager. I understand why they have low ratings.

Cold chicken tenders, small(large) fry, they forgot a side and the condiments and waited 20 mins for the food. Dirty. Lots of eye rolling by girl working the register because we asked questions.

Visited march 11 2025 around 8 PM. Upon arrival I greeted the cashier (seemed a little backwards) Bojangles claims to serve breakfast all day, not this location. They say “breakfast stops at 11 am”
