I arrived at Bojangles drive thru assuming my breakfast would be fresh and hot, especially since it was “early” in the morning. I ordered a small order of fries with “light” seasoning, a large sweet tea and a chocolate milk. The chocolate milk was warmer than the fries, not to mention that there was “ham” in my fries and it was hard. I did not receive a straw or napkins. There wasn’t a return morning greeting after I politely said good morning. There were 3 people standing at the window chatting. Mrs. Angie must not have been there because she doesn’t play that on her shift. I was disappointed and could not return in fear of being late for work. Bojangles, you got me again! Not giving a person what they ordered and or paid for is almost like …. Stealing. So I’m headed to work feeling like I’ve been robbed!
Just got off from doing 12hrs n wanted bojangles....literally had a taste for it on this morning so I got my usual that I haven't had in awhile bo sized drink fries with a Cajun filet the fries on top were gud n hot but the middle n bottom were just cold crumbs .no napkins glad i keep some in my car..so I'm like uuuuhh!!! Then I bite the biscuit.....I thought I broke the tooth i already had loose.it

I worked at this Bojangles for a few months, thinking it would be a good fit since my job was straightforward: keep the lobby and restrooms clean, handle the tables, and take care of the outside. Not only did I do my job, but I went above and beyond. Yet, the female manager there clearly had some kind of personal issue with me. I have no idea what her problem was, but she sure made it known through petty behavior.
She would put me on the schedule, then randomly take me off, or I'd show up for my shift only to be told to leave early while everyone else worked their full hours. It was all little, unnecessary mind games. Despite being a hard worker and giving it my all, dealing with someone like that just wasn’t worth my time or energy, so I left.
It turns out I wasn’t the only one. Plenty of good employees walked out because of her attitude. She just got promoted, and honestly, it showed she wasn’t ready for the position. From my perspective, she didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Instead, she’d spend her time gossiping about employees, talking down to people, and just being downright petty and messy. It’s like she brought whatever issues she had at home straight into the workplace and took it out on the staff.
Yes, I reported her to the higher-ups. I let them know this manager is bad news, unprofessional, and completely unfit for the job. Bad managers drive good workers away, and that’s exactly what happened here. This store deserves a leader who can run it smoothly, not someone who’s selfish, immature, and full of drama.
Thankfully, I’ve moved on to something better. To the new hires and those sticking it out, good luck—you’ll need it! I hope no one loses their patience with her nonsense because she’s sneaky, untrustworthy, and fake. She’ll lie to make herself look good but is only setting herself up for a fall.
All I can say is this: keep up that pettiness, unprofessionalism, and chaos in someone else’s company. I’m so glad to be done with it. Bye, Bojangles! ✌️The food is good but the management there on day shift was horrible and the store didn't run smoothly when she worked, clearly she didn't know she was or is doing in the store. I say fired her and makd the store a better place for the staff. Never again will I want to work for a company that allows that kind of behavior from a manager. Wow.

I used to hate this store because of all the bad disrespectful workers. Now, it is better I mean smells nice in there and I guess they hired a real worker this time because she be working and she helps with packing. She is so friendly and so pretty in the face, like she just glide through the area because she walks so fast. Never in the way just in and out. I hope that store is paying her so good money because she is the reason I decided to come back and the food is much better too. I really did enjoy my tenders the super combo. So fresh tasting too. That store has change big time. It's like it is the star of Greenville and that lady is really the star because she keeps that area so tidy. I know she in not young because no young person have the abilities to do what she does and clean and smell like it is clean, She got to be at least in her late 30's to early 40's. She can really move keeping that store up. Very helpful and so respectful, she really do like people because of her high spirited and kindness, just knows her position. I bet she won't be there long because I believe they are under paying her, those worker preparing the food probably is making more money than her and she is the only one whose working and trying to keep that store up making more money. I hope they keep her because she is what that store needed, some friendliness and kindness just plain real customer services. That is pretty too.
Parking: The parking lot is huge so many can park in the area. It is clean and trash-free.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, you can bring your kids there because it seems to be a cleaning lobby staff ,member in the area and walking around, so I am pretty sure she sees everything in order to keep that place clean and smell so nice in there.

Waited almost 30 minutes for fresh chicken regarding an 8 pc box and when I got home it included 5 thighs and 3 legs. Not a mix like it should be. Tried calling the location twice and no answer.
Food was hot and fresh good service

I recently visited this Bojangles location for the first time, and I completely understand why people keep coming back! The lady working in the lobby is one of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever seen in a fast food setting, especially at Bojangles. She’s incredibly sweet and goes the extra mile to ensure every customer feels welcome and cared for. Every Bojangles should have someone like her in the lobby!
I ordered a 4-piece chicken tender dinner combo with a large sweet tea, and my family ordered white meat combos with large drinks as well. Throughout our visit, the lady in the lobby kept everything clean and tidy. As we were about to leave, she came over and asked if we needed refills or anything else, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I was juggling my little ones who were getting a bit antsy, and her kindness and willingness to help really made a difference. We tipped her because she went above and beyond, not just cleaning up but truly engaging with customers.
It’s rare to see someone with her level of energy and enthusiasm, especially in the morning shift (she usually works from 8 AM to 1 PM, sometimes a bit later). The store was spotless and smelled fresh – no musty or old odors like I’ve experienced at other Bojangles locations. The restrooms were clean and fresh-smelling too. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and her positivity shines through in everything she does.
Honestly, she’s a huge asset to this store, with a great smile and wonderful people skills. I’m confident that her warm and welcoming presence is part of what makes this location so special. Five stars for the food, and five stars for the amazing lady in the lobby – I hope they keep her around for a long time!

The food always taste overcooked and salty at this Bojangles. The other day my mother and I ordered through the drive-through and the girl at the register rung her up 2 combos (comes with fries), another biscuit and hash rounds. Well, a fry was missing for the second combo. Instead of giving her the fries for free the woman at the window decided to CHARGE her for another fry even though she clearly said 2 sausage biscuit combos. Most restaurants I've been to will give you your missing item for free. I've never seen something so unprofessional. Might be time to close down this Bojangles.
