Everytime i come to this bojangles there’s a cashier w red hair that has the absolute nastiest attitude ever. Today she practically threw my bag of food to me and slammed the window door in my face. It’s gotten to the point where if i want bojangles I have to go 10 minutes away from my house. The food at this bojangles is either a hit or miss and recently it’s been a miss. Management needs to get miss girl in check asap, you picked this job willingly don’t get upset w me when you have to do your job :)

Went through the drive through and ordered a family variety feast and only got half the chicken we paid for. Thankfully when we went back, Bonnie treated us with excellent customer service and made sure we got the rest of our order. Thank you!!!

Food delivery company's have the highest priority not the paying customer right in front of them. Took 20 minutes and complaint to end up with a cold greasy chicken biscuit. NEVER GIVING THEM MY $ AGAIN !! 🤬🤬🤬

Waiting more than 30 min when the chicken issupost by ready in 15, we ask for the order and they through the recipe and try to give us the wrong order. I ask for refund. Thas one and today was worse make the order and give what they want and no what I order, definitely bad service.
I actually live closer to 2 of the other locations in Greenville-I drive across town because I usually prefer this one. The food is better & the service is FASTER. However, today-I visited this location & ordered a Cheddar Bo. Once I got home, I bit into & detected a hint of sweetness. Looked at the underside of the biscuit & there was jelly ON THE BISCUIT?!?;!!;!!!!!!!. Now, jelly at Bojangles are in packets that one has to tear open to use.
Need I say more? This is disgusting. Now I'm back home & I've tried to call this location 3 times, just to inform someone (NOT EVEN TO FUSS), but the phone just rings non-stop & hangs up.
The thought of someone else having this biscuit-tearing open a jelly packet PROBABLY WITH THEIR MOUTH & putting the jelly ON the biscuit & then WRAPPING IT BACK UP & SOMEONE PUTTING IT BACK ON TO THE WARMER TO SELL LATER?!?!?!;;

My dasher had to wait for way too long for my order. My dasher arrived within 6 min and my food was ice cold. I also paid extra for a lot of sauce and of course they never bothered putting that in my bag. Terrible experience!

Order a Cajun filet sandwich combo, chicken was damn near grey. I was pulled up for my Bo berry biscuit which was fine, service takers were adequate. As someone comes outside I notify them of the overcooked chicken, she says for me to go around drive through again, just for me to receive another piece of overcooked chicken.

This location is super hit or miss (mostly miss). Today I ordered on the app for a drive-thru pickup. Got to the drive-thru and was told I had to come in for mobile. Ok? Why is drive-thru pickup even an option then? I’m tired and have a sick kid at home (which is why I chose the drive-thru), so I’m already irritated, but whatever, people at the front were nice enough. I was asked if I wanted to wait for one of my Bo chicken sandwiches or get something different. I decided to wait as I specifically came here because my child wanted to try this sandwich. Got home only to find two very dry sandwiches with the tiniest squirt of mayo only in the middle and no pickles and some cold rubbery fries. Super disappointing experience. Only decent thing I got was the sweet potato pie.
