Don't go here. Just cook your own food because it will be faster than waiting in the drive thru.

This is the slowest Bojangles I’ve ever been to. The staff is polite, however the food takes forever almost every single time I go. Once, I waited for a box of fried chicken for 45 minutes. We went back through the line several times and they told us it was almost ready but they lied. They had us pull up and put wait.

Placed a simple order of 1 dirty rice, 1 fry 2 biscuits, 1 tea, 2 honey mustard. Was told to pull up as there was a five minute wait for dirty rice. After 30 minutes I asked for a refund. How does Bojangles not have dirty rice?! The staff was very slow moving and no one acted like they cared. We will never go back.

One of the best Bojangles in Greenville. This is the only Bojangles which gets my order right every single time. It also seems to be the only Bojangles which always has BBQ sauce in stock.
I went to this bojangles this morning at 6 am and was given old cold cheddar bo biscuits. Wow just wow

This Bojangles is slower than death on crutches. 35 minutes for fast food, isn’t fast food. I could have plucked a chicken, deep fried it and wrote a review on how it turned out faster than what I just experienced.
Do better, take some pride in your job and doing your job well.

Very dirty and has a score of 92. Casher was taking money at same time touching plates and food. Twice went to back area aka kitchen and helped make food. Never once cleaned his hands.

Went through drive thru on Thursday November 22, 2024 @ 9:15 pm , sat there for 5 mins no answer finally get one and they still made us wait any extra 5 mins because they wont finished having their conversation in the background. Tried to order people talking/laughing loudly that we could barely hear. They had no chicken except for breast , no sides except for fries an mashed potatoes. Messed up our order an had a attitude because they messed it up. They had terrible attitudes , terrible service. I will not be coming back ever this is the sorriest bojangles in Greenville!!!! Too many young kids that dont want to work !!! Whole experience was all around very unpleasant an unprofessional!!! DO BETTER!!!
