I called this place in advance to see if they offer a limited time sandwich, because I know in other places they don’t. When being on the call, they passed the phone to another individual and hung up on me mid-sentence. This unprofessional behavior was done over the phone, I cannot imagine how it is in person. Mind you it was just a simple question, I was not calling to complain or anything.

Slowest Bojangles in Pitt County. In drive thru line for 15 minutes and there were only 6 cars ahead of me. They also gave me 2 drumsticks instead of a drumstick and a thigh without telling me ?

The lady at the window was yelling at other workers. They told me to pull in a parking space to wait for an order of Bo-rounds. 15 min later, I walk in for the same lady to start yelling at other coworkers and tell me they forgot.It really is poor service!

So on line they say they are open until 10 PM. We got there at 8:40 doors were locked and no one would take our order at drive through. Wendy’s across the parking lot is open until 2:am. Got the order right as I sat in your parking lot eating my Windy’s food I saw 14 people come into the drive through. An EMT came here with a big order. I have also been here at 8:30 and you did not have chicken. How do you not have chicken. I will stop going here. I will go to Windy’s as they know how to run a restaurant. Bye

I would highly recommend some sort of sensitivity training or just a training where these employees learn how to talk to people. They constantly cut you off, ask you in the rudest way possible if you're done ordering IN THE MIDDLE OF YOU ORDERING, and just cannot seem to give you the food you asked for ever. It is almost never busy but takes 15-20 minutes to get food. If you have the extra time, go to the bojangles on 10th street. This place is incredibly unwelcoming.

Drove up on October 16th at 1:52 and waited 24 minutes in the drive through with only 3 people in front of me before I had to drive off because my break was almost over.
