My daughter and I went this morning 11/15/25 at 5:30 before her trip and I’ve been to this location several times within the hour they open and the staff has always been very polite and friendly and our breakfast during this time is always a 10/10.

It was really tough watching the people work the front line with no leadership nor organization. Absolute disaster. I and numerous others stood and waited for our orders while the drive-through line cycled three times through.

I went in to order a chicken sandwich before work. it took forever for staff to prepare because drive through has priority, I suppose. Anyhow, I drove 2 miles from Bojangles to work to only find that the sandwich had several cold spots. I had to throw it in the garbage. The fries were hot but the sandwich was not.

Went in to get my normal order. I told the cashier no Cheese on the biscuit 3 times when asked and still has cheese. Completely wrong. Would have gone back around but I lt takes 10 mins for abyone to answer at the drive thru. The French fry I also ordered 99% of it is burnt or Hard as a rock. Never going back to this location.

This was our first experience at Bojangles, and I can say with certainty it will also be our last. From the moment we walked in, the entire visit was a complete disaster.
Poor Customer Service: The staff acted as though we were a burden simply for placing an order. There was no greeting, no smile—just a rushed, annoyed tone as if they had better things to do than serve paying customers.
Dirty Store: The dining area was filthy—tables covered in crumbs and sticky residue, floors littered with trash, and a foul smell lingering in the air. The soda station looked like it hadn’t been wiped down all day. If this is how the visible areas look, I can only imagine the state of the kitchen.
Rude Staff: Every interaction felt hostile. When we asked a simple question about the menu, the employee rolled their eyes and gave a one-word answer. There was zero effort to make us feel welcome, let alone valued.
Horrible System: The ordering process was painfully slow and disorganized. It was clear the staff had no communication or structure, leading to long waits even when the restaurant wasn’t busy. Orders were wrong, missing items, and no apology offered.
Overall, this visit was beyond disappointing. We came in expecting to try something new, but instead we left frustrated, grossed out, and regretting we even stepped inside. Bojangles, you lost new customers before you ever had a chance to win us over.

Excellent breakfast biscuits, Cajun fried chicken and sides are excellent. I think Bojangles Vajun Filet Club Sandwhich is as good as any chain restaurant.
