I love bojangles, but I've only ordered it myself twice, both times from this location. The food is great but the service is absolutely abysmal. you see, I don't eat a lot of fast food, but you'd think they'd make it easy to order for someone unfamiliar with the environment. The first time I went I ordered something that was for later in the day, and they let me order it, which is fine because they gave me a refund, but they were just so rude about it as if I'm dumb for ordering something they have displayed on their wall. The second time, today, I came in and there were these very rude customers saying they wanted a refund because it was taking too long. The workers were kind to them, which is good. When I ordered, the guy walked away right after ringing me up so I paid and grabbed the ticket that printed out. I never said one rude word, or any words other than answering direct questions with a smile. I waited longer than those other girls, because apparently I wasn't supposed to grab the ticket, which I couldn't have known because the cashier walked away. And that's fine, I don't mind waiting, but of course the lady who told me I wasn't supposed to grab the ticket told me in the most demeaning and insulting way. I love the food, but every time I go the workers make me never want to come back.

this location is Hit and Miss. sometimes the food is prepared right, alot of times they are not. I get alot of buscuits where the dough is not even cooked all the way, and has come apart alot. i have to basically eat the food in parts most times.the customer service really is terrible, because they dont train them in customer service, they train them to be fast.when i get to the speaker drive thru, they speak as if they are in a competition for the fastest talker in the world. i constantly have to ask them to slow down when repeating my order because i cant even hear them correctly.many times they are so impatient in drive thru, that you cant even order for 2 people without them giving you a total for 1 order and telling you to move forward. this happens to me so much that i have to tell them before hand that i got multiple orders and to wait.when i get to drive thru window, i would say 9 times out of 10, they are so busy giving you your order, they dont want to hear a word from you, and they shut the window. they only open the window to give you stuff, and then quickly shut it. ive had more than once, they took my card, and didnt give it back. they were standing there wondering why i am staring at them not moving.one time i had a gift card, i used it, the woman up there gave me my food and drink, took the card, shut the window, and walked off.

Hours are stated as open until 11pm. Got here at 10:30pm and they refused to serve us because they were “closed”. Very unfortunate that a big chain restaurant is losing so much money from lazy employees.
Had to wait 40 minutes for fried chicken. I was told 15-20 minutes. I believe they forgot about me.

Horrible experience first you have bunch young girls running your front cussing and laughing and not helping customers. You ran out of biscuits some how and your a biscuit place. Got attitude when we asked for extra seasoning she then dumped the whole thing on fries. They also gave my food to wrong person. Management needs to step up this is horrible.

My husband just went here tonight and ordered two Cajun fillet sandwich combos. When he got home, both of our sandwiches had brown, dried up lettuce on them, and the fillets were dry and stale. The buns were smashed like somebody had run a truck over them. We threw the sandwiches in the trash because we value our health. To make everything worse, the employee didn’t even tape a receipt to the bag (like they’re supposed to do) so we can’t even get a refund. This is the last time we go to this location. This place deserves all the bad reviews it gets. I hope it closes.
Ordered a Cajun filet in the drive thru and got home to discover they gave me a steak biscuit instead. Fries also lacked seasoning. Additionally all the biscuits were hard as rocks from being overcooked including the Boberry biscuits I had to wait 20 mins for (with no warning concerning the wait). Staff was pleasant but all the food was inedible

When I received my order at the drive through window it was thrown at me and nobody would open the window up so I could ask for my barbecue sauce. I get home and I am missing my dirty rice on my 2 pc dinner. I also ordered Mac and cheese with the dinner. When I opened my Mac and cheese container it was only half full. I eat my Mac and cheese then pick up my biscuit. My biscuit was so hard I could throw it through a piece of sheet rock. I throw the biscuit in the trash and bite into my chicken leg, when i bite into my chicken leg it was unreasonably chewy so i pick it back up and you wouldn’t guess it… it was raw. A while back this bojangles had a sanitation rating of 84. It recently went back up into the mid to low 90’s so I figured I’d try it again, nope. Nothing. Has. Changed. This place is awfully disgusting. The health department needs to shut this particular restaurant down.

Horrible drive thru experience. Waited in the drive thru for quite awhile, finally ordered our breakfast. I asked the girl if everything was there because the bag felt light, plus it was missing the plate for the biscuits and gravy. She said, Yes it is all there. I drove home and guess what...you guessed it biscuits were missing for the biscuit and gravy, and no condiments like I asked.So I was just looking at gravy and grits and bo rounds. One of my daughters ham biscuits were in the bag.So frustrating. And the grits taste like straight water, they were so running you could have probably drank the grits through a straw.One-star Holiday Breakfast.
