I seen so many bad reviews for the same spot and i was like not this Bojangles....til today. Lady doing drive thru this morning was very rude. I needed a correction on my order and she rudely said to me, in front of other staff in drive thru," then why didn't you say that?", followed by rolling her eyes. Didn't know it was a crime making a mistake when placing your order. Won't be back

Drive guy was rude and unfriendly. I attempted to pass my phone to be scanned. The guy rudely stated you’ll have to come in to pay. I reached for my atm card and gave it to the guy.Then he walked away. I spent $29.02. I requested a 2 pc meal with all legs and I received a breast. I politely explained. The guy took the box and said to fellow co-worker, yo is it almost 2:00 yet? He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. He did not acknowledge me throughout the transaction. He then turned and asked where’s the little short hole that normally work drive thru? He went on to say, why is it always when I come in? He did not thank me or say have a nice day or anything. In addition, I spent my hard earned money. Admittedly, the food was hot and fresh. Thank God for that. However, it’s not enough for me to return. Train your staff better. I had to give a start in order to post this. Horrible experienced !!!! Be blessed

Everything seemed to be an inconvenience with the employee at the drive thru, kept ignoring the fact I was still there and had asked for sauce & gave me attitude for it.

Horrible customer service on behalf of Jen, the manager! I was picking up a DoorDash order. When I came in there was just one gentleman in front of me. I waited 5 minutes to be assisted and then another 5 minutes after the gentleman left with no other customers behind me. Jen ignored me the entire time.She walked past me at least 6 times and then started assisting other customers. She went to walk past me one more time and I asked if she was even going to acknowledge me as I had been waiting a customer’s order for over 10 minutes. She said that she getting the order together which puzzled me since she did not ask for the customer’s name or initials but then she proceeded to belligerently inform me that I had to stand at the register instead of at the counter where deliveries were picked up. I proceeded to inform her that I had been standing there waiting for some time and could she please get the customer’s order together which she initially dropped before even saying a word to me. She said “Bless your heart!” To imply that I was stupid because I refused to get in a line when the customer had already paid for her order and I have been waiting before every one else for 20 minutes. She sat the customer’s order or the shelf and said in a nasty tone that the Bo Berry would take at least 10 more minutes. She then proceeded to leave the front with no one but a trainee to assist the customers. She came back 10 minutes later and refused to hand me the customer’s order. I informed the customer and then reached out to DoorDash to compensate me for my time. I also spoke to her manager who was very polite and understanding and promised that this would not happen again. It is highly recommended that this Bojangles get a shelf for drivers to pick up orders from so as to avoid the hassle of dealing with unprofessional managers or cashiers. Please send Jen back to customer service training because she very much needs it!

I placed my order online I go there but they lost my my online order then they ran out of dark meat and they had to cook more which they said it would take 9 Minutes fine I was waiting to wait for fresh chicken but when the chicken came up the cook dropped it all over the floor needless to say I was frustrated I wasn't going to wait around for another 9 minutes I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go online to do it Bojangles back in Virginia is great but here in Greenville I wouldn't recommend it there was no organization the people can't keep up with the orders unfortunately it was not run very well

Last night me and my friend both placed mobile orders. Mine was a larger order as I was ordering for 3 people and the other was only a fry. So when we first get there, we tell them our names and they proceed to tell us that they have the larger order but not the smaller order. My friend then checks their app and the order says it’s finished and it’s at this location, but still every employee there told us “we don’t have that order”. So I placed that order mobile order 10-15 minutes before i showed up to pick it up and the app said it was ready… well it wasn’t. They had printed the slip but hadn’t started working on it yet so i waited at least another 20-30 minutes. They also were out of mac and cheese which isn’t a huge deal but added onto the rest of this awful overall experience just sucked. The guy working up front was nice and was trying his hardest but we could tell he was new. Unfortunately for him and the other customers waiting in line, NONE of his coworkers were helping this poor guy. There was 5-10 people up front, some waiting on food, others waiting to order and the rest of us had mobile orders. Finally he has my food all done and put into a bag and ready to go, to which it sits there on the counter another 10-15 minutes as we’re waiting on our drinks. Which was 2 regular drinks and a large drink. Which they gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. Which I went in and asked them to correct, and they did. Finally going back to that second order i was talking about, finally i’m assuming the manager or someone that was a little higher up than the other people working like a supervisor or something comes up front and we try saying again we have a mobile order, they look around a little
bit and all say again “we don’t have that order” then she kinda rudely said “show me your phone” and so we did. Then magically just off to the side, there her order was the WHOLE time. It was sitting there the WHOLE time, and they tried telling us on 3 separate occasions that they never got it. Food was fine.
Overall: All the food was made right minus them not having mac and cheese and they did forget the sauce for the second order too. The guy up front like i said was new so I can only be so upset with the time it took, i’m more upset about all the other employees working that just decided to not help this poor dude out. Then the whole second order thing was incredibly frustrating as that manager lady i mentioned before was trying to act like we didn’t know what we were talking about. Will not be returning to this location and I hope enough of these bad reviews will cause this location to get an evaluation because that was borderline ridiculous and this location needs a miracle.

Not sure why I keep giving this bojangles hope through the doordash app. 2nd time my order has either been missing items or poorly cooked. I asked for cinnamon twists with EXTRA icing& the photo below is what I received. Looks like they've been under heat since the restaurant opened @5am. Don't get into the "jUsT gO gEt yOuR oWn FoOd" ordeal because I don't care. DO BETTER. Don't give someone food that you wouldn't eat. Simple.

Always love the unique flavors of Bojangles! Those new BoBites are off the charts! Crispy, crunchy served piping hot with a nice combo of dipping sauces. That pepper peach sauce sets it off well. Great job!

The 8 piece leg and thigh meal is a great deal. The chicken is always crispy and hot. The biscuits are hot and flaky. The fries are hot , perfectly seasoned and crispy. Everyone is so friendly.

I have been to this location 2 times within the last week. We are visiting from the DC area. Some of the staff members have poor customer service skills. We received cold bo rounds when I requested hot ones. The lady behind the counter was very unpleasant .

They only care about drive thru. If you do a mobile order or order in store you will wait a minimum of one hour for your food. Even if it is just two items. We have gone to this location 5 times now. Twice through drive thru and three times inside. Drive thru was fine, they just missed items, but got them to us right away when we came back through. Inside it takes an hour to get anything. Very dissatisfied
