I ordered food and went to pick it up but the staff said they didn't receive the order and didn't check for me.

I was just passing by you hear how Bojangles has good food so I stopped to try them out what I walked in first it looks like a mad house then you hear a customer say get me what you have available plus standing on line the food on they had on presentation looked like it was there for hours plus the line was growing and all the employees would do is look at you while line was growing needless to say I walked out very disappointed at Bojangles

I havent been to a bojangles locally since moving here a few months ago.. this is the worst bojangles Ive ever been to. Not only did we wait over 25 minutes, but somehow our chicken was dry and overcooked. There was one single drumstick in our family pack and the outside was rock hard. Ive never had harder, thicker chicken skin in my whole life.

I go to this Bojangles probably the most of any fast food restaurant, I usually go on Monday then again on Thursday and then again on Sunday. Every time I go to food is top-tier the only time it isn’t is when maybe the fries are cold or the tea has no ice but that’s not that big of a deal The people here are friendly and make you feel like you’ve known them for years. I love Bojangles.

I went to a Bojangles the last time I visited the area it was lovely. That's why I came back. The attendant taking my order at the drive thru seemed impatient. I didn't get a straw for my drink , but didn't realize until I was well on my way. This one, a different one I believe; wasn't as together. I will still visit because people are allowed to have bad days, and my first experience was so pleasant.
Parking lot wayy too small, first time at this location..Witnessed an accident, pulling out almost witnessed another one.

I seen so many bad reviews for the same spot and i was like not this Bojangles....til today. Lady doing drive thru this morning was very rude. I needed a correction on my order and she rudely said to me, in front of other staff in drive thru," then why didn't you say that?", followed by rolling her eyes. Didn't know it was a crime making a mistake when placing your order. Won't be back

Drive guy was rude and unfriendly. I attempted to pass my phone to be scanned. The guy rudely stated you’ll have to come in to pay. I reached for my atm card and gave it to the guy.Then he walked away. I spent $29.02. I requested a 2 pc meal with all legs and I received a breast. I politely explained. The guy took the box and said to fellow co-worker, yo is it almost 2:00 yet? He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. He did not acknowledge me throughout the transaction. He then turned and asked where’s the little short hole that normally work drive thru? He went on to say, why is it always when I come in? He did not thank me or say have a nice day or anything. In addition, I spent my hard earned money. Admittedly, the food was hot and fresh. Thank God for that. However, it’s not enough for me to return. Train your staff better. I had to give a start in order to post this. Horrible experienced !!!! Be blessed

Everything seemed to be an inconvenience with the employee at the drive thru, kept ignoring the fact I was still there and had asked for sauce & gave me attitude for it.

Horrible customer service on behalf of Jen, the manager! I was picking up a DoorDash order. When I came in there was just one gentleman in front of me. I waited 5 minutes to be assisted and then another 5 minutes after the gentleman left with no other customers behind me. Jen ignored me the entire time.She walked past me at least 6 times and then started assisting other customers. She went to walk past me one more time and I asked if she was even going to acknowledge me as I had been waiting a customer’s order for over 10 minutes. She said that she getting the order together which puzzled me since she did not ask for the customer’s name or initials but then she proceeded to belligerently inform me that I had to stand at the register instead of at the counter where deliveries were picked up. I proceeded to inform her that I had been standing there waiting for some time and could she please get the customer’s order together which she initially dropped before even saying a word to me. She said “Bless your heart!” To imply that I was stupid because I refused to get in a line when the customer had already paid for her order and I have been waiting before every one else for 20 minutes. She sat the customer’s order or the shelf and said in a nasty tone that the Bo Berry would take at least 10 more minutes. She then proceeded to leave the front with no one but a trainee to assist the customers. She came back 10 minutes later and refused to hand me the customer’s order. I informed the customer and then reached out to DoorDash to compensate me for my time. I also spoke to her manager who was very polite and understanding and promised that this would not happen again. It is highly recommended that this Bojangles get a shelf for drivers to pick up orders from so as to avoid the hassle of dealing with unprofessional managers or cashiers. Please send Jen back to customer service training because she very much needs it!
