Terrible they’re in there back room vaping and playing around the person barely wants to look me in the eye when they come to servers table idk if it’s a lack of staff or what but service sucks

The service at this location is extremely slow. It took 10 to 15 minutes just for someone to come to the host stand and greet a guest. As a Dasher, you’ll lose a lot of money waiting for orders from Buffalo Wild Wings, as it typically takes at least 30 to 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time to receive your food. I wouldn’t spend my own money at this establishment either. They either need to hire more staff or consider shutting down because they clearly cannot handle the business. I even witnessed two guests walk out after waiting too long with no one there to greet them.

Foos did not come as ordered and was terrible, service was not good. New management needed.
Definitely needs some help. My husband and I arrived at 2:45 and ordered an appetizer of ultimate nachos which took until 3:15 to get and we didn't get our meal until 4:27. Waitress kept telling us our food would be out soon. That we didn't want to eat raw chicken. My husband ordered 10 bone in wings with fries and I ordered a honey bbq salad. Waitress brought my husbands fries out at 4:00. She said he could nibble on those until his wings came.
Waitress told table beside us that manager had to step out so couldn't help.

You will never get the right food bruh i called these people and asked for 10 mango habanero 5 honey bbq and 5 spicy garlic they gave me 20 lemon pepper

the employees are rude a hour and a half wait. no one would pick up a phone they couldn’t get a single order right mine or other customer had to come in multiple times.

Do not eat at this location. This needs better management or needs to be shut down. Me and my friends came here on a saturday night and it was not busy at ALL. Our waitress only came up to us once for a whole hour and didn’t even bring us our appetizer. It took 45 minutes to even get our appetizer and our waitress didn’t put in our food order until an hour after she took our order. My friend had to walk up to the bar to get a refill and when she asked the server ignored her. We have been here for almost 2 hours and we are still waiting on our food.

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in America. There was two people cooking on a SATURDAY. Absolutely insane. If you’re sitting in the restaurant right now, reading this review, you have another hour until you get your food. Waited an hour and a half for our food and got it to go. They have no sense of time management with only two cooks back there on a SATURDAY.

Expensive cold food. Waited 20 plus mins more than the expected wait time in a total of over an hour for two 6 piece wings two fries and a potato wedge. The food was cold and wings were extremely spicy. Had to go back in for my drinks and one order of my fries. Not to mention this cost me 50 dollars. I won’t be coming back.
Diamond did the best should could running the bar. Although it did not seem that busy it seemed often other wait staff came up to her asking for different things... This caused her customer service to suffer from being pulled in multiple directions.
Aside from that they were not stocked well with beer variety as no local beers were available and only mostly watered down national options. The wings were huge (I like them closer to medium size to ensure cooked well and not all "juiced up"

If you don't speak English, they treat you very badly, they serve you at the end, the food is 1 hour late, the waitress is arrogant and angry.

I’m not impressed with the service here. Staff has been hit or miss. The food is good, but I do not recommend eating in. I’ve had issues with takeout orders multiple times causing us to stop visiting.

Order was wrong. Saw waitress twice, when we placed the order and 30min later when the food came out. Our water/tea glasses were empty. Asked for the Manager twice, never saw him/her.
