This once great Buffalo Wild Wings location is a shadow of what it once was. This location used to be the best one around, next to the one in Monkey Junction in Wilmington, NC. This is no longer the case, by far. This is one of the worst experiences ever at a BW3’s. My family came in for lunch on Tuesday, April 2. We were seated quickly, but had a great deal of time to observe everything going on, because it was 15-20 minutes later before we were able to place our order.This was not due to any issue with our waiter, however. Though there were other staff on the floor, the only one working was our waiter. He was working ALL OF THE TABLES, while the other waitress we saw was just holding the floor down….not much of anything else. There was another staff member standing around up front, but I only saw her once when she showed a couple of customers their seat. With the exception of our waiter, Adrian, we watched every other staff member just take up space, which left our waiter exasperated.My wife and I ordered Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwiches, but that’s not what we got. We also ordered 20 wings, requesting all flats. We might have gotten 5 flats total. Since it took just under two hours for us to actually get our food, while obviously not busy, since there might have been 10 customers in the entire restaurant, we decided not to push the issue, since our young children were starving at this point. There was a Manager in the floor, who was carrying on a personal conversation in the bar area for the first 30 minutes of our visit, and then spent the rest of their time doing a bunch of nothing while customers sat for ridiculous amounts of time with no food, in a restaurant obviously not busy. I think I saw this Manager wipe off one table in the 2 plus hours we were there and that was the only thing they did even resembling work. This is to include multiple tables which were left with all of the plates and trash from previous customers, while the Manager and employees stood just collecting a paycheck.It’s needless to say it’s a wonder how this once great restaurant and neighborhood favorite is even in business at this point.

This BWW location has really gone downhill the past year. Employees are rude and unwelcoming. Always seems to be an issue with food order, whether it be because it’s incorrect or it takes very long for food to arrive. Online ordering system never works correctly and I always have an issue with redeeming rewards points. This location used to be a great place to eat but no longer is. I used to frequent this location but I only go there about 1 time every 4-6 mths.

Just awful customer service. Ordered wings to be ready at 5pm waited an hour and a half just for them to tell me it was busy and other larger orders were prioritized over mine. I asked for a refund and for the order to be cancelled. They told me I would be refunded within 5 business days. They never refunded me and I had to dispute the charge with American Express to finally get my money back. Go to wing stop better wings and better service.

We have been trying to eat here/get takeout for several weeks now. Every time we’ve tried, online ordering has been unavailable due to long wait times. Even during the week, the wait time for dine in is 30 minutes plus but not that busy. Finally ordered online tonight and had a 40 minute wait…we understood and even gave it a bit longer before we went in. After about 45 minutes, we went in to get it and they said it would be another 20 minutes. Food was decent, but just not worth the price and wait.

Ellie was the only one who attended us well and kind after a long 2 hour wait to be seated and get our drinks. Not including the food, it took another hour to get our food so we ended up taking it to go. Ellie spoke to the manager since no one told her about us being seated, and gave us a free meal plus discount. The service was terrible im not sure who the preppy boys name is but him and the rest attended everyone else (friends) who came after us and they got their food before us as well. The food was good, the atmosphere was not it and the waiters could have done better!

Arrived right after opening for lunch, so there was no rush yet. Service was prompt and courteous. Food didn't take long and was great as normal. Prices are completely reasonable, as well.
