I came to dowdy around 440 which is typically dead at that time. I went in and ordered my food with no line or problem. As I waited several people ordered before me and received their first I waited 25 minutes for a fast food place to get my food. My sandwich was done and I had to wait 15 minutes for my fries to finish. I have never experienced slower service in my life.

The overall quality of the food was average when taking into account that I can get a Five Guys burger for nearly the same amount of money. The P.O.S. terminals they have that you place your order on are unresponsive and frustrating to use. It is also very confusing to place your order pick it up and then you have to pay at a different location all together.
