Usually don’t try and complain and the food is normally good but last night I placed a mobile order and my drink was wrong and I also had a sandwich I was missing that I paid for. I called to see if I could come back or get a refund from what I was missing or was wrong since it was a mobile order. Instead of making it right or even trying to listen to me. Whoever the manager was last night was so disgustingly rude. He immediately cut me off, called me a liar because he made the order himself. I have no reason to call and lie about food I already paid for. I just wanted it made right and instead I was treated horribly and called a liar. Amazing management you guys have over there. Just must LOVE taking care of all your customers. What a JOKE. No worried because the complaint has been escalated and your district manager and franchise owner have been contacted. It would have been nothing for you to say “I’m so sorry about that would you like to come back and we will get that right for you??” Instead I was interrupted and being told I was lying to get free food. I worked in fast food for over 12 years and that is the one thing you should never do especially when the restaurant is at fault. Thank you so much for this absolutely gross experience and I will never be going back which is a shame because for years there has never been any issues anytime my family or I have gotten food from there.

First of all I order through door dash. This is my second time and the first time door dash forgot my shake but this time they forgot my Philly cheesesteak bites. Then the chicken it’s and fries were old and hard like they had been sitting under a lamp for a while. And then I found some type of paper substance in my apple pie!🤮🤮

These guys know what they’re doing. I tend to have a pick lengthy order along the lines of light ice no pickles or tomatoes extra ketchup and mustard no cheese and the whole deal. Well they got it right first try multiple times. Thank you for your amazing service you are such a pillar for the community.

this checkers never dissatisfies me, especially when the lady with the white book in her front pocket is working. she is always very nice and caring and i feel like i can tell that she makes the environment a better place. when i go through the drive thru and hear its her, i know everything is going to be great!

Great Burger lots of bacon great taste. But what totally steals of gold ? is there a seasoned french fries very hot from what I hear always hot or double the fry. Way better than the king or the arches .

Ok. First of all...It's Checkers! Who doesn't like the Big Buford or the Chili cheese fries? Consistent food and flavor. Crispy fries... Haven't seen a Checkers in years! Like 8 or more. Almost as good as I remember! D

Messed up our order. Took 20 minutes to bring us the food. My burger was under cooked. And the fries tasted like they hadn't changed their oil in weeks. Never again will I go here 0/100 for service and 0/5 stars. Absolutely ridiculous

Been here three times now and had to leave a review. Their burgers n fries are always on point, fresh n hot! As far as burgers go, they’re surely better than Bad Daddy’s next door!
