my brother came from out of state, we were getting food for 4 people, the person at the drive thru was very tempermental with us after the first order. we literally were getting the bacon burger for one person and they wanted different things on their burger, so we gave the list, and the woman taking our order kept interupting us with "it dont come with that." and we kept responding, we know, it costs extra. and the woman would get angrier with us for going back and forth like this 3 times. then it comes time for my brothers order and he wanted the bacon one also and the woman just blew her top " I ALREADY DID THAT ORDER!" and just started going off not letting him order.she quit taking our order and got the manager, and instead of going through the whole ordeal again we just decided to leave.the only way to leave is to wait through the whole drive through line, so we were stuck waiting on every car to get through. Checkers line takes a bit or time.Ive been back here maybe once or twice to see if the service was any better, but most times it is a whole ordeal just trying to get that one burger, just to add 1 item on it. i love the food, but to me it is so not worth the aggrevation of tempers I have to cycle through each time i go. and not to mention they always have the shakes on the menu but every time i have been it never seems to be working, ever. I think the last time I managed to get one was years ago.

Money's tight but when I want a good cheeseburger because I like chili on my burger I go HERE, they're chili is great! That's what makes the burger to me, don't know the lady's name that runs the drive-thru most of the time but she's an older black lady, I don't care how busy they are, she is just as sweet as she can be and wil hook you up with a perfect deal to keep you from spending so much money,every time.!! I will say the management is ridiculous, fish sandwiches are great too,Parking: Greenville NC

Came to order from this Checkers for the first time at around 10:30. When I pulled up to the drive through window I was told that they were doing DoorDash orders only. Now one of two things are occurring. One the employees at this Checkers are lazy and do not want to do their job. Or two the management team is very financially irresponsible. Regardless I believe a change should be made. If you are not taking in-person orders past a certain time it should be plainly stated online. If your employees do not want to do their job, fire them. Thanks for taking the time to read about my experience!

I cannot speak for the food, but by the way the woman acted at the drive-thru window, I can only assume the food is as horrid as the service. I pulled up to the speaker, and she said “Checkers” I said “hey” because she did not ask for my order. I was still looking at the menu, but she did not ask anything, so I stayed quiet. Finally, she said “are you going to order or do you just want to talk?” I said “you did not ask for my order. I want a checker burger” she said “you want what?” And I said loudly, so she can hear me, “a checker burger.” Then she said “you don’t have to have an attitude.” When SHE got an attitude first. Then I drove off. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in a drive-thru.

The food hits the spot. Got a chicken bites and fries box. Perfect! Hot. Tasty. But their shake machine was down. What is itvwith restaurants shake machines always down? That is why there is no 5 star rating. Other than that, great food!
