This location is always a mess. It’s the most disorganized and least customer friendly Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Did a mobile order for a Cobb salad. I went to pick it up and drove all the way back to work in lunch time traffic only to open my salad and have no chicken on it. I drove back over and spoke with a leader of some kind who barely apologized, had some chicken put on my salad and sent me on my way.

Great chicken sandwich most of the time great sweet tea who doesn't like waffle fries. Packs of mayonnaise are good taste like real mayonnaise and I'm a dukes mayo girl.

Every time we try this location it is a terrible experience. We will make the drive to Winterville from now on.

This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The last couple times I went there, I had to ask multiple times to get my order. My recent visit I just gave up after almost thirty minutes. This store seriously needs to change fast.

The worst chick fil a Ive ever been to! I asked for “no iced” lemonade. They had filled up cups with ice. One of the staff put her hand (with gloves) inside the cup and tried to pour the lemonade into other cup preventing the ice going into the new cup. I said what are you doing? She said you said no ice. I got the lemonade wanted to drink it anyway but I saw a black thing in it. I take it back I say there’s something in it can you please change it? She starts to look inside the lemonade and says “ I don’t think there’s anything else except the lemonade” then I say I am not lying and I don’t want this. Another staff comes and changes it! This is a crazy place! Somebody needs to tell them not to put their hand inside the cup!!!!!!

Very fast service. Food is delicious! A wider variety of choices for Pirate Meals would be nice. Staff works hard and quick to get all these orders out within good timing. They always get the orders right too, as busy as they are. Clean environment. It is very beneficial to students.
