The food was overcooked and chicken was greasy. I’ve honestly never ate at a single bad chick fi la until this one. Would definitely not eat at this one again. I had the #1

The worst chick fil a Ive ever been to! I asked for “no iced” lemonade. They had filled up cups with ice. One of the staff put her hand (with gloves) inside the cup and tried to pour the lemonade into other cup preventing the ice going into the new cup. I said what are you doing? She said you said no ice. I got the lemonade wanted to drink it anyway but I saw a black thing in it. I take it back I say there’s something in it can you please change it? She starts to look inside the lemonade and says “ I don’t think there’s anything else except the lemonade” then I say I am not lying and I don’t want this. Another staff comes and changes it! This is a crazy place! Somebody needs to tell them not to put their hand inside the cup!!!!!!

Very fast service. Food is delicious! A wider variety of choices for Pirate Meals would be nice. Staff works hard and quick to get all these orders out within good timing. They always get the orders right too, as busy as they are. Clean environment. It is very beneficial to students.

customer service here is non-existent. my gf asked the staff for a spoon and she got it thrown at her instead. the other staff who're in the back are aight but the ladies who actually serve students' orders have such an attitude

They always have attitudes and you will be waiting for your order when there’s literally not that many people. They “forgot my order” and only gave me 7 nuggets. HORRIBLE SERVICE! They got new kiosks and they make the process slower.
