Only Chick-fil-A I've gone to that has not only gotten orders wrong, but has consistently gotten them wrong. Food is also slightly overcooked compared to other Chick-fil-A's. Not sure what's going on at this location, but I'm always missing food or the order has been changed in some way. I've had to thoroughly check the bag the last few times, and foolishly let my guard down and what do I get--another wrong order, prompting this review.

There are other options right next to this one, being that it's located in a mall, so just pick something else, folks. If you go here, make sure to check those bags.

Always a delight going to get chick-fil-a. Jack Britt is amazing and I always love having my order taken by him, he represent Chick-fil-a so well and so enthusiastic. Cant wait till I come back!

I ordered and ate nuggets, mac n cheese, and a lemonade. I don’t know if it was the mac n cheese or the lemonade but mind you I ate here 2 days before my graduation from college. I woke up at 5AM the next morning with the WORST case of food poisoning I have ever had in my life. I almost went to the hospital that morning. I barely made it to graduation. It is now the day after (so Day 3) and I have had to cancel all my planned celebrations for the weekend. I am still extremely sick and taking medicine. I will probably never eat chick-fil-a again after eating it often in the past. This flat out ruined my college graduation weekend. I cannot stress this enough do not eat here unless you want to feel the sickest you’ve ever been.

My server Ms.Alaya was excellent. I love her attitude, she was dedicated to her customers. I haven't had a person dedicated like this in a minute. Each time I visit I will look for her. She really had my attention.

Ordered a medium fry in a frosted coffee at 340 through delivery period it took them 2 Hours to even get my orders done . While typing this, I still have not received my order and they refused to let me cancel it through the app.

Staying in the hospital with my daughter after she had surgery. She's having to stay another night because of complications. We live two hours away. I ordered online, then had to GPS to find the location, which ended up being in the mall. The young lady at the pickup was very nice. However, after getting back to the hospital, MY sandwich was not in the bag. I don't have the energy to drive 15 minutes in traffic to go back to get it... I've been up & stressed for over 36 hours & just wanted a chicken fil a sandwich. ?

Went around 1 pm July 8th and ordered from a Natalie she was using Connor’s register and she had the worst service I’ve experienced at a CFA. CFA Was my first job and I worked it for 3 years not at all did she greet me, ask to take my order, Say my pleasure… she wouldn’t even look at me she looked past me while I was the only person standing in front of the register and just blankly stared I finally asked can I order and she asked what did I say …that is the only words she spoke to me she failed miserably and purposely at her job she should try something else. If I wasn’t extremely hungry I would’ve went elsewhere please find somewhere else to work or some decency and hospitality!

The guy on the right was very rude. Did not acknowledge me at order pick up. Then after I asked about my order that was paid for & placed 27 minutes before (when I first arrived at the mall) he proceeded to tell one of his co workers in front of me “some people need to practice patience” like I wasn’t just asking about my food since I was the only person standing there waiting at this point. Literally watched people order and get their food before me so why wouldn’t I ask what’s going on?! The lady on the right was very nice & helpful after I told her what was going on so I won’t be an A-hole & give a 1 start review just because the guy sucks I will be fair because she was great!
