Ordered a bowl of Chicken Noodle soup and the Peppermint Frosted Coffee thru the app. Had to pull up and wait a long time for my order just for the bowl not to even be half full. Was not able to get the coffee due to the machine being down. Was charged for the coffee anyway even though I didn't not get it. Took the receipt and the notification on my phone showing a different charge back to Chick-fil-A today and I did not appreciate how the Manager handled it as if I was wrong clearly after I showed her the two different charges. This is the second time this has happened & I didn't even bother getting my money back the 1st time. Anyways she acted confused and acted like she didn't understand while having a slight attitude. She did give me back the difference but again just walked off with her little attitude. No worries, Chic-fil-A is not the only place in town that has nuggets etc!

A little slow when you dine inside. And the unsweet tea taste like there may be artificial sweetner in it.. but as usual, you cant beat the fresh chicken cooked to perfection!

I had two drinks spilled into my lap, down the inside of my car and into the seat. I know accidents happen, and I didn’t lose my temper. Luckily I keep towels in my car, so I pulled out of the drive through so others could get out. (Why make their night worse and back up the line) I cleaned myself and wiped things down in my car with my towel. They didn’t offer to replace my drinks or anything. NOTHING. I had to walk back to the window to get my receipt so I could call. No manager came out nothing was done. I got an email from them but they never followed up even after I reached back out. I was off work the next day and went ahead and detailed my car because there was coke everywhere even the side of the back seat. I had coke coming out of the door from where it was spilled down the window. Beyond frustrating! I guess I should have made a huge scene and acted out. Because being nice has gotten me no where. I have not been back to any location and I refuse to return to them anymore.

Ordered a salad from this location several times and they always forget something whether it's the dressing or condiments. Sometimes the salad has the wrong chicken on it. Too many flies inside the building!!

Tea tastes old, they never get the order right. By far worst chik fila ever. Given it multiple opportunities to be better, always the same every visit. Nasty tea, wrong orders, poor food prep. No sauces ever, or straws and forks. Never makes sure order is correct or complete.

I believe the man’s name was Simon and I’m terribly sorry if I’m wrong but he was outside at 1030 am taking drive thru orders but he was an absolute delight! He loves his job and it shows!
