Waited over 15 minutes for an 8 count and a fruit cup on a mobile order today.
Every time we try this location it is a terrible experience. We will make the drive to Winterville from now on.

Ordered a 10 count chicken mini + large hashbrown. Open the bag when I get home & there’s no hashbrowns, and 9 chicken minis in the box. That’s just sorry.

My husband and son stopped to get us all lunch as I was home with our baby. Horrible experience my husband ordered large grilled chicken bites meal with large fry and Coke Zero, no fries and wrong drink was given, my husband didn’t get his fries that came with his meal, the only meal that was correct was my sons. Which at least his was correct. Never going to this place again! Winterville location is by far the better location. The employees at Evans st one do not give a crap! The meals aren’t cheap. This location has gone downhill.

Playground is always closed. They use it for their catering. We've been multiple times and it's never opened. Other than that it is good. Just don't take your kids here if they want to play.

The food is a hit or miss here sometimes. But the gentleman with the glasses and navy puffer jacket (idk his name) who’s usually been in the drive thru is the nicest and most AMAZING employee I’ve ever met. Very kind and whimsical.
