When a brand focuses entirely on one product, you expect perfection. Chicken Salad Chick utterly fails to meet this high bar. The fundamental problem is the product itself: the chicken salad tastes like the bulk, pre-made variety you can buy cheaply at any wholesale store. It lacks the fresh, artisanal quality that would justify the restaurant's entire existence. The concept amplifies the mediocrity of the food, making the whole experience feel unnecessary. I suspect the high ratings are fluffed; the quality on display simply doesn't warrant the praise. Save your money and buy a tub of salad at your local deli—you'll get a comparable, if not better, product without the disappointment. Generic food, overhyped concept.

I dined in with a friend. The cashier was patient and helpful. This was my first time eating heres so I wasn't sure about what I really wanted so I asked the cashier what she would recommend, and according to what I told her that I liked she directed me to some of the best food i've had. The food was fresh. The environment was clean and the service was nice. I definitely will be dining in again.

Visited Chicken Salad Chick for a lunch meeting with coworkers and it being my first time dining here I was skeptical. A staff member recommended sampling before ordering. I opted for a scoop of the Buffalo Barclay. It had a good kick of spicy flavor that I would compare to a buffalo dip. I ordered the combo which comes with a drink and a side plus a pickle and cookie. For my side I chose the broccoli salad but they have soups, mac and cheese, fresh fruit, and chips as well. I enjoyed the broccoli salad which was a good alternative for me since I am on a low carb diet. Their pickles are delicious and the sugar cookie was sooo good and soft. I did not think this combo would fill me up but I cleaned my plate and was full and satisfied until dinner. I highly recommend people try this restaurant out, especially since it’s different from the typical greasy burger and chicken joint. I cannot wait until I go back to try a different flavor of chicken salad. Service was top tier with smiling faces and food delivery to our table. The atmosphere is bright, open and spacious.
I'm so happy the dine-in is open. The food's amazing and I don't feel bloated and disgusting afterward. Plus the service is honestly better than Chickfila. Love this place!

My typical purchase is a large tube of jalapeño holly; however, during my recent visit, I opted for a meal that proved to be quite satisfactory. The chicken salad sandwich was served in a generous portion, and the accompanying fruit selection was notably fresh. I have already recommended Chicken Salad Chick to my family, and I would encourage others to consider visiting as well.
