The customer service me and my party received was absolutely unacceptable. The restaurant closes at 9 and my group of 3 walk in at 8:25pm. As soon as we walk in, one employee mentions to please seat ourselves on one side of the restaurant and before she can even finish the sentence, another employee interrupts her and tells us that we can’t be served since they are about to close. It was 30 minutes before closing. I could understand if it was 15 or even 20 minutes, but 30? That is ridiculous. If you didn’t feel like working then you should’ve told your boss that. This used to be a wonderful place that me and my family enjoyed, but it has definitely deteriorated over the years. This was the last straw. I cannot justify spending my money here after experiencing the low level of customer service I received tonight.

The food was great, but the service was disappointing. My party and I arrived at 8:25 PM, and as soon as we walked in, the attendant immediately said, 'It's 8:30 PM, and we close at 9,' without a greeting or any sense of welcome. I was really disappointed by this. I've visited several restaurants close to closing time and have always been politely welcomed, but this experience was far from that. Given that there were still 35 minutes of operation left, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I don't think I'll be returning to dine in again.

I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, and it was alright, but it didn't knock my socks off.
Little things, like the carrots and green peppers, were still raw while the zucchini, onions were cooked. The chicken was good, but the pieces were way larger than bite size, but there was no knife to cut them down, and the peanuts were raw rather than being sautéed into the dish.
The wonton soup was delicious.
All in all, it seems like the chef is phoning it in.
The service was solid. Friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is lovely. It's definitely elevated from a standard Chinese restaurant. The artwork, small sculpture, and prints on the walls are all quality. The restaurant was definitely decorated with care.
Perhaps dinner would be more refined, but they take short cuts during lunch?
I'd give them another shot.

Upon entering the restaurant, it isn’t very clear whether you seat yourself or wait to be seated. We were instructed to take a seat at a booth. The table was sticky. We waited a considerable amount of time before being helped. Had an egg roll, red curry, and pad Thai. None of it was really that good. The egg roll was super greasy. The curry had whole grape tomatoes in it which is weird and not appetizing. Hot grape tomatoes? Gross. The pad Thai was greasy as well and came with rice, which is also weird. We observed a couple get up and leave after waiting to be helped and no one came. They were in desperate need of more help. The wait staff were nice but the food and wait times for everything were not worth it. Will not be going back. I recommend going any where else cause the food is not good. I cannot understand why they had so much business going in while we were there. I’ve been three times in the past decade and every time it’s been disappointing. Lesson finally learned.

The owners of this establishment are racist, and incredibly disrespectful to their employees. They will ask “what color” customers are before fixing a problem or answering a question (not in favor of black people.) Do not give ur money to these racist disrespectful people, the servers you have seen here are working hard to take care of you while being cussed at and disrespected CONSTANTLY.

Never coming back. Came here with my boyfriend and watched terrible treatment of the servers. Our server was super friendly and sweet and it sucks that we had to watch her get treated like crap by other coworkers and management. It looks like a pretty hostile work environment which goes to say I can no longer support their business. I don't recommend dining here.

I have come to eat here regularly for a couple years now with my husband. Unfortunately, today will be our last day. We have witnessed terrible treatment to the servers there who are wonderful people. I don’t know what the management is, but it is clearly not a workable environment because of the way that the management talks to their servers. (swearing at them audibly, telling them they are worthless, etc) Will not be going back.

Not a great experience. Some of the food was great, but it was inconsistent. While the entrees were good, the wontons in the wonton soup were cold in the middle (microwaved?), and they brought out the appetizers after the entrees. My server was nice, but the service was slow. The music was glitching, so there was Christmas music playing all herky jerky (hard to describe, really) for the entire meal, which was unfortunately really annoying. The good entrees saved what could have been a truly horrible experience.

First time. Super happy. Crab Rangoon are not typical as they contain carrots but they are delicious. Steamed dumplings, house fried rice, moo goo gai pan all so dang good. So glad I found this gem! Can't wait to try more dishes!

Probably the best Chinese restaurant in Greenville. Quality food, not mass produced.
