Paid ~$42 for three meals, the quality is depressing. Double meat was a short. The Rice was hard and I ended up throwing one of the meals away. I don’t plan on coming back. I do wish my wife would go in her self and see the flyers flying around the food so she would not order it as well.

Usually get the steak fajitas or bowl which are excellent so today I decided to try the beef braised beef Barbacoa and it did not disappoint,

There’s no reason why they box this up and sent this out the door un edible! My burrito was so packed I couldn’t even enjoy it. I understand people are complaining about the portions, but they’re putting too much food inside these tortillas.

I visit Chipotle only about once per year, so have very little experience. Sadly, the atmosphere at this location is sad and depressing and not welcoming at all. The employees all have blank stares and seem to not be able to communicate with customers. Some serious hospitality training would help this team. It’s like you’re completely bothering them as soon as you walk in and start your order. Sad place that doesn’t represent Greenville well!

Ordered yesterday, ate a burrito, husband had a bowl, chips and queso. Both felt sick shortly after, all night, and now the day after still feeling sick. Workers were also in a bad mood which was off putting, they seemed stressed, and overworked. They had a new guy working and one of the workers was really rude and impatient with him in front of myself and other customers. Another really off putting moment and made me feel bad for him.

Everytime I eat here the next morning I’m on the toilet for hours! It’s every time! I’m so done!
I’ve noticed a lot a lot of place here in Greenville make me so sick the next morning. The restaurants here are absolutely horrible.

Poor service, manager was very rude. Why would a store manager have so many piercings. Am I being insensitive/intolerant/DEI intolerant ? Sorry but I view things either in a competent lens or incompetent lens. I don’t give ‘benefit of doubt’ to someone who didn’t earn their position by merit.

This is actually the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Time after time again they’re ALWAYS out of food. It’s like they never order enough chips or anything really to get them through the week or to the next ordering period. Being out of chips, especially around 5pm/dinner time is unacceptable. Not to mention that the bar is always nasty, dirty, and full of food being flung everywhere and not cleaned up. Whoever owns this location needs to seriously get it together.

The service was awful. Both employees I dealt with were extremely rude, one even tossed my bag on the counter and walked away before I could finish paying. Plus the restaurant was very dirty.

It’s been talked about a little bit on here but I can’t go this location anymore. I go because it’s close to my apartment and I love chipotle but it’s a horrible experience with the staff every single time. I get it’s the food industry but every person who works there looks at you like they want you to drop dead in front of them. Don’t even think about doing an online order either. You’re 100% gonna get shortchanged on food and you wait longer for your pickup order than if you just joined the line for people who walk in. Just go to cava or the winterville location.

I love Chipotle, and we eat there often because of a gluten allergy in the family. This location was awful. Employees didn't seem to care that we were there, the chips were soggy, some of the food options were missing. This was at 5:30pm. I will choose somewhere else next time we are in town.

I still think Chipotle is a great brand.

The last 2 times Ive been there its been "an experience" to say the least. There is a female team member who is aggressive and rude. Last time i went to get food they ran out of any type of meat and the chips. She was rude telling me this.

My daughter and I went into Chipotle last night because my daughter wanted chips and queso. One young man was out-working everybody on the front line. He was At one point, he had completed 8 to 10 orders and was still going down the line while the cashier walked into the back to grab his cell phone and proceeded to stand at the register, on his cell phone. This young man, Me’Cheal, was very polite as he not only took the orders, but completed them, passing them off to the cell-phone holding cashier. In my days of fast food, regardless of our jobs, we all engaged in teamwork. Unfortunately, this is not what I saw last night. Me’Cheal’s humility was evident, and despite his tiredness, he maintained a positive demeanor and ensured the customers never noticed.
Thanks again, Me’Cheal, for making our visit a pleasant experience.
