Came in at 10:27 when they close at 11. We were told they only had rice chicken and cheese and did not want to make anymore food. Management should know if they care. Just change the hours if this is how they act

Not usually a "Karen" about things, but hoping my post will alert the owner. This was the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been to: trash cans were overflowing, the drink/utensil area had food, drink spills and trash all over the counter, tables needed to be cleaned, and the area where the food is served had the contents of each food container spilled on the serving counter. Wouldn't go there again, wondering if the rest of the store was just as dirty.

The service was terrible. The staff acted like you are bothering them for asking for a cup for water. Trash was over flowing at the door and a broom was sitting on one of the tables. Nothing was replenished.

I ordered through the app for pickup when I got home I received the wrong order...i got offered free entree through the pepper customer service...not good enough...i called the customer service number and received a refund...you can't even talk with someone at the store...i feel just receiving a refund isn't fair I should be able to have my refund and have a free entree...but no worries I won't be visiting this establishment again at least not this location...this is the second time something has gone wrong with my order...I wish I could give zero stars

Did not have dressing at 1:30pm on a Monday. Dirty lobby, had to clean my own table. Chips really salty. Worse experience at this location. Save yourself frustration and go to the winterville location.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! The employees are the worst type of people you will meet, they are rude and they barely give you any food. Some of them don’t even pay attention when serving you. I’ve witnessed the employees with AirPods in on the phone ignoring customers multiple times. I know this because I went there and got 2 bowls and somehow they charged my $8 because they have no idea what’s going on and they don’t pay attention. It is just embarrassing for Chipotle that they hold their employees to such low standards and have failed to fix it for years. Somehow, everytime I go they are out of something… how does that even happen? JUST MAKE MORE THATS WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Horrible franchise.

Quick and accurate but their website and online ordering experience is sub-par.
2 1/2 hours before you close and there is no protein on the bar, no guacamole and employees with attitude. And after you get through all that and you want to grab a fork and some napkins on your way out the door you find there’s none of that either.

Every time I go to this location I’m optimistic but after going to my hometown chipotle I won’t be back to this location! Every time I come to this location they are always out of something and I come around 7pm. Last week was the final straw when I came in and the store was out of forks, paper towels, Barbacoa and vinaigrette. I understand if it was close to closing to be out of stuff but during dinner time?! After going to my hometown chipotle last night I also realized the SMALL PORTIONS they give you. I’m a smaller petite woman who gets full quickly and can usually eat only half a bowl. At this location I can eat a whole bowl and STILL be hungry. At this point whoever is in charge of inventory and maintaining ingredients needs to be FIRED because they obviously don’t know how to manage a restaurant. I’ll take the extra time to go to Winterville.
