I was in town for business and asked someone where the best wings were, they recommended Christy's Euro Pub. I got an uber down and back from my hotel. The vibe is definitely what you would expect, a great hang out spot for locals and has the feel of a bar that you meet your friends at after work or what not. I liked the vibe a lot. It took me a second to realize I simply had to sit anywhere I could, no hostess and the servers did not pick up on that I was a tourist, so...
The Ruben was good. The meat was lean. My wife felt the sandwiches had too much spice. (she doesn't like spicy stuff) I had a bite of her Carolina Peach sandwich and thought it was good, even though I don't like peaches. Sweet potato fries and regular fries were good. Fried pickles were also well worth ordering. Prices were reasonable based on today's economy. Overall a nice restaurant.
Fish and chips were loaded with pepper in the breading.Told me it was the bottom of the breading and made me fresh fish.
Lot of flies were inside the bar area.
Workers were very friendly always checking on us.
Would I go back ?
No not up to sanitary standards with the food and restaurant area.
