Prices are absolutely a joke. Now, I get that prices are up all over...but 7 or 8 bucks for a single scoop of ice cream! No lol....we ended up only buying one for my daughter...and it tasted more like chemicals than ice cream. No clue how they stay in business. People say the economy is bad...if enough people are spending 8 bucks a scoop to keep them in business...must be doing just fine

I've heard that the other flavors are very good. I always order the German chocolate sundae with dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.

This place is DISGUSTING. I’m not even sure where to start. The bathroom looks like they haven’t been cleaned in months. There is roaches all of the floor, wall, and counter where the toppings are. There’s flies in the food. They had one good server then just recently fired her so now the service sucks. Looking back at eating there in the past I am DISGUSTED that I ever did.

My smoothie just tasted like straight milk. Wish it had more fruit, especially for the price. It was expensive.
Also was kinda dirty inside. Tables were covered in crumbs and we had to wipe them off ourselves.
Also my whole group does not feel the best after eating at your establishment. I hope more quality ingredients are used next time.

Ehhh, idk the vibe walking in was off .. nobody greets you when you walk in! i get it it’s almost time to close, but in customer service you have to be customer ready & friendly regardless! Also nobody acknowledges you when you’re ready to order .. although I ordered online for a pickup, i was excited to try this ice cream, but I don’t think I’ll be back to this location ! My order wasn’t even correct either, but that’s neither here or there.

Great experience. The manager Amparo greeted me as soon as I stepped inside along with the other employees. The ice cream was phenomenal and made with perfection!!

We used to come here all the time, but the service is so overworked with no support staff and longer wait times. The poor girl working the last time we were there, opened, worked by herself with no relief, all day and had to close also.

I am usually such a huge Cold Stone fan but on this occasion, Mother's Day, as I was standing in line I looked down and saw a roach crawling by the toppings and that really just turned me off. My kids were so disappointed because we had already waited in the long line only to end up having to leave. So disappointed!! Please fix this!!
