Went in on a Friday night, crew was quick, and friendly. They greated everyone and worked quickly, together, to get us all served. Refreshing level of customer service in a town that isn't know for that recently.

Ice cream was delicious and Jasmin it is really nice and helpful.

I live over an hour away but whenever im in Greenville I stop at this cold stone. They have never disappointed when it came to customer service or the ice cream. My go to is sweet cream or French vanilla with extra yellow cake! There were 2 young ladies working and one was in training. My son who was also with me has a nut allergy and she made sure she told her how to properly prepare his ice cream to avoid cross contamination. Thank you ladies and keep up the great work!

Almost certain I hade some of the worst service I’ve ever had with Cold Stone. Pretty sure yesterday was my last time coming to our Greenville location. The person I encountered yesterday was very nasty, rude and simply didn’t want to be at work. Took forever to complete an online order, literally made me wait 20 minutes while there were no customers in the store and she wasn’t completing other orders.

My grandbabies and I went for ice cream at cold stone .it was the worse.i spend 55dollars on ice cream I paid for extra candy that she doesn't put in my cup. This young lady was by herself and training some one..I've been coming to Goldstone for years. This NEVER HAPPEN BEFORE . THEY NEED TO FIX THIS ..ITS NOT FAIR I PAID FOR EXTRA STUFF I DIDN'T GET THEY'RE WAS NO CANDY IN ANY OF THE 5 CUPS I BOUGHT...

The ice cream and service was great! The woman who was working the store was extremely friendly and did a great job mixing our ice cream!

Prices are absolutely a joke. Now, I get that prices are up all over...but 7 or 8 bucks for a single scoop of ice cream! No lol....we ended up only buying one for my daughter...and it tasted more like chemicals than ice cream. No clue how they stay in business. People say the economy is bad...if enough people are spending 8 bucks a scoop to keep them in business...must be doing just fine

Absolutely filthy behind the counter, and they have horrendous customer service. Ice cream is subpar and not worth it.

I've heard that the other flavors are very good. I always order the German chocolate sundae with dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.

This place is DISGUSTING. I’m not even sure where to start. The bathroom looks like they haven’t been cleaned in months. There is roaches all of the floor, wall, and counter where the toppings are. There’s flies in the food. They had one good server then just recently fired her so now the service sucks. Looking back at eating there in the past I am DISGUSTED that I ever did.

My smoothie just tasted like straight milk. Wish it had more fruit, especially for the price. It was expensive.
Also was kinda dirty inside. Tables were covered in crumbs and we had to wipe them off ourselves.
Also my whole group does not feel the best after eating at your establishment. I hope more quality ingredients are used next time.
