Went to this bakery today just to find out that there has been another price increase on cake slices.13$ for a slice of cake is Crazy!.I don't care how big of a slice or how good the cake is. Why do we continue to support this establishment on top of that the owner is a RACIST and yes, there is documentation to prove it .

I had to get a last second cheesecake for a friend’s surprise party. I’m not the biggest cheesecake fan but my surprised friend and guests loved the cheesecake we got here! Sheila was able to help me over the phone placing the order and was very patient with my requests. If I am ever needing to order a cake (surprise or planned event) I will certainly go here first!

I brought my daughter there because i had tasted their chicken salad and it was good. When we walked in we were not greeted by the young lady at the register. She walked out pass us, went into.the cooler next to were we were standing never acknowledged us being there. Buy that time a friendly young man came from the back greeted us and offered to take our order. We had over looked not being greeted it until 2 Caucasian customer at different times, walked in, they were greeted with a smile and can I help you from the young lady. When the young lady served us our order there wasn't any type of friendliness towards us from her, but when she brought out the Caucasian customer order, they received a "have a great day", thank you', hope you enjoy your order. Why couldn't she have given us the same greeting? It was the owner I believe(a man) came out later before we left and had a brief conversation about their cakes and small talk. I don't know if I will visit there again. But, if i do i hope i don't have the same encounter with the young lady, because the next time I will call her out concerning the issue. Over all the food was good. Treat others how you want to be treat.

I called Thursday to order a yellow cake with chocolate icing for my sister. The cake was not yellow. The bakery charged $75 for a QUARTER sheet cake. And they required immediate payment, so I gave it. About an hour later, I decided against it bc the cake was so simple and not worth that price at all. The person told me that they have a "No Refund" Policy. Because of course they do. She said the only person that could offer me a refund would be an owner called Tim. I asked when the person would be in, and her reply was just as laughable. "He's in and out." So. They can't refund a purchase an hour after it's made, and they are indifferent about even trying to help solve a customer complaint. So. I asked for it to be completed by 11. My sister arrived 15 minutes after the fact, and it was still not ready.So, I paid an egregious amount for a cake that was not what I wanted, and that was also late being finished. Case and point: if I spend $107 on a QUARTER SHEET CAKE, then the customer service and quality should compliment the pricing, and it DOES NOT. As a result, I will not be going back, and I'll be sure to leave reviews on other sites so that people know what they're getting into before they order.The cake was....okay? It was dry. The icing was fine.I'm really trying to understand how this place was rated so well, when I can go to Publix and get a quarter sheet cake for $40, get better customer service, and a better tasting cake.

I'd been in once or twice to pick up little sweets, but I ordered a cake for my best friend's birthday last weekend and it was INCREDIBLE. I got the strawberry cake (it's her favorite) and I was apprehensive because fruit flavored cakes I've had before tasted artificial, but THIS cake was amazing. It was light and flavorful and tasted like it was made with real strawberry. The frosting was gorgeous, and they put adorable pink pearls around the circumference of the top of the cake.In addition, everyone I talked to was incredibly helpful and nice. It was worth every penny - best cake I've ever purchased from a visual and taste perspective. "Great British Bake-Off worthy" was a phrase used to describe it. 12/10
Amazing chicken and pastry-- the sweet potato and green beans were unlike anything I've tasted in Greenville- plus I bought tiramisu---all delicious- perfect- put your trust in the goodness of the menu and enjoy

As a friend of a customer who ordered a custom sheet cake with a printed image, I am appalled. I used to work at decorating cakes this looked cheaper than Walmart. The "printed image" was dark and blurry, the original image requested was bright and colorful. The words were to be piped in blue icing, instead they were also printed, and blended in with the dark image. She requested carnival colors be added. It was plain white, and the worst part, they didn't even bring the icing border to the edge of the wrinkled printed image. She talked to someone about it when she picked it up for her sons birthday party, and they didn't refund any of her $80 she spent on it. Or offer to fix it, until she was already home 30-40 minutes away with her one year old. I understand mistakes happened, but no reasonable steps to handle it were taken. The cake tasted okay, it wasn't mind blowing but it was nice. Not $80 worth.

While visiting Greenville on business I wanted to find a local bakery to pick up some confectionary treats to bring to my employer’s family and found this place on Google. Very cute with a warm hometown feel. I was a little surprised at the limited selection, mostly cakes and cupcakes. I would give them a 7 out of 10 on presentation and a 6 out of 10 on taste. I believe they are trying to be a coffee shop too and a good part of the customer area is for seating not bakery cases which is probably the reason for a limited selection. In all fairness I am spoiled living north of Boston with so many incredible bakeries in my area. I was surprised at the cost of cupcakes given they’re about 1/2 the size of standard bakery cupcakes, although the cake servings look larger than normal. If you are in the area and feel like something sweet and have a taste for cake, check them out as they’re definitely worth a try.
