Personally they are not were you want to go.We were not satisfied at all with the communication when the order was messed up nor the service nor the food that was received it was thrown away. We went to a different establishment.

Idk how this Cook Out still tastes just as good as it did almost 20 years ago. Definitely a once or twice a year choice because I do not want to die of a heart attack, but it consistently slaps. And it’s so good, I think the kids are saying now, that I am sat. Nostalgic and delicious.

We love Cook Out. It's open when others aren't, and you get good food at an inexpensive price. My son and I had just arrived after a 12-hour drive from Maine and were looking for good food at 2am, and Cook Out is open until 3am and this Cook Out is close to his apartment so we went. Even at this hour, it was busy, but our order was accurate, and we didn't have to wait in line for too long. The intercom was rather staticky, but otherwise we had no problems. We loved our food, and Cheerwine floats are uniquely good with just the right amount of soda to ice cream. We both chose Double Burgers for our Value Tray, and you can order free toppings, as well and extra charge toppings, to personalize your burger. Friendly staff, though a little juvenile.

I had a really disappointing experience with a cashier who had poofy pigtails and a lip ring in the middle. When I handed her my card, it didn’t go through at first, so I asked her to try it again. She gave me attitude but ran it a second time, and it went through without any issues. Throughout the entire interaction, she was rude, didn’t greet me, and didn’t ask if I needed anything else. Her unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for someone working in customer service, and I hope management addresses this to improve the experience for future customers
