This Cookout location is really close to my house, so I have been here a few times and will be coming here as long as I’m living here. I typically get a tray of some sort when I come here, either with a large tea or a water bottle to save for later. I’ve gotten the chicken strips and the big double burger as my entrees, and then usually white cheddar cheese bites, french fries, or chicken nuggets for my sides. Each time we’ve come here, the service has been kind and quick. The food is good and the quality is as expected. They are also typically open very late compared to other places around here.

Service is usually on point, but today y’all slipping. I don’t know who’s in charge of the nuggets, but they’re not hitting. The burgers are messy, and the sodas taste like they came straight out the back of a tank. I’m not trying to be petty—but come on, do better!
Went in today ordered 2 meals both meals are wrong not hot an they would not refund or replace the order will never be back

Visiting from Jersey and decided to try this location while visiting some family and was soooooo disappointed. Ordered through the drive-through and they forgot to add sauce to our bag. My sister decided to go up to the window to grab some ketchup and saw so much trash and food on the floor. She told them they should be ashamed serving food in that environment. All the food went in the trash. I should have know when the young lady at the register told us she think all the food is in he bag. LOL WHAT!?
I do not play when it comes to my food and establishments being dirt. No thanks!

THE double burgers are delicious. They got that cook out flavor. I love the big onions that come on the burger. Price is good. Milkshakes on point.
