Pete and I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese, the Tavern Burger, Fried pickles, brownies and macadamia cookies. Washed it down with some southern wine and coffee. The service is as always excellent. Thank you chris for your great service
Went in for an oasis of calm and air conditioning after a fun, but hot Pirate Fest. I had a Caribbean Mule and crab cakes. The drink was great and the crab cakes were some of the best I've ever had. Though I was initially disappointed the crab cakes came with no special sauce or aoli, just ketchup for the accompanying fries, I quickly realized nothing was needed to adorn those fabulous crab cakes.
My first visit and the food was a tad bit cold but it was still delicious. It was rather empty on my visit but the staff was very kind and assisted me as needed when I asked questions or needed extra time to look over the menu. I will return and I can only hope my service will be as good as it was the first time.
