If you’re in the Greenville area and need to hit your macros or just need something refreshing to drink this is the place. Very chill laid back local spot. Walked me through the menu and even gave me some recommendations. The drinks where amazing but the service was even better

Dash and Uptown Nutrition both use the pyramid scheme product Herbalife. I guess it’s easier to convince people to buy shakes they don’t know the ingredients of than to convince people to buy that poison alone. This shouldn’t even be legal.

THIS PLACE IS MY GO TO SPOT IN TOWN! Whenever I come home to Greenville, Dash is my first stop. Their healthy teas and yummy shakes are amazing. I have brought so many friends here and they always continue to come back. If there is any review you trust, trust this one. The owner and employees are always happy to serve you and the surrounding community. They are some of the friendliest people you will meet in town and no matter own early or late they will always have a smile on their face. This is a MUST in Greenville and is the best of all the Nutrition bars. They are top notch and their teas are life savers.
