If you’re in the Greenville area and need to hit your macros or just need something refreshing to drink this is the place. Very chill laid back local spot. Walked me through the menu and even gave me some recommendations. The drinks where amazing but the service was even better

The shakes at Dash Nutrition and Uptown Nutrition are delicious, and when I incorporate them into my daily life I feel more alert all day. We need more places like these, check them out!
