3/2/24 We were seated and handed the menu, she left, came back and asked if we were ready, a little hesitation sent her hurrying to someone else. We waited and waited until finally she came back. She was waiting on tables, cleaning tables and gathering plates of food. Half of the building she was having to wait on. I wouldn't recomened working here let alone eating here , the Greenville NC location is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly a health hazard . From a manager that degrades her employees to a regional manager that encourages the arressive behavior, to relabling expired product and serving out of date raw chicken to the public. this is not a safe environment for work or leisure.
went to Dennys in Greenvile NC yesterday June 4th, it was busy. as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Stuart. He told us he was working by himself and he would be right with us. He seated us and then we saw that he was the only wait staff on duty. He was so calm and courteous. Even being the only one working, he was taking care of all the customers. He was the host, cashier,and server.
I heard him say, it was so busy but he was thankful to have a job.
