This location took and prepared my order very well. But the sauce was just bad. I dont like the flavor. Had some Buffalo chicken bites. They were great. The pizza sauce...needs to be reformulated.

My account shows that I have 80 redeemable points for free pizza etc (which we often get, but first time trying to actually use them)But would not work when I tried to use it. Says it will expire in a few days. Called the store tonight in attempt to resolve before placing a order. Spoke with a young lady identifying herself as a manager says they don't deal with that in the store, I would have to call corporate to resolve this. Gave me a number and assured me that someone one at the help desk would assist me. I called the number and got a recording directing me back to the store. This is poor customer service. Passing the buck back and forth. No one taking responsibility. We are long term paying customers but Domino's is not interested in resolving this issue or in holding up to their end of things.

Worst service around. Don't waste your time. Said food was delivered but food never arrived and when I contacted the store to ask them about it I was hung up on twice and then rudely answered and then hung up on.

Pizza never arrived. I called and was told that they would make another trip out here. I called again. The man raised his voice and declined my cancellation multiple times even though it would now arrive after 11pm. At this point I wasn't feeling good about the pizza arriving clean and didn't want to eat so late. Raising his voice to me was just bad business. The driver never called after he said he banged on the door with no answer. They claimed that I put in the wrong address although I used PayPal. I received no call from driver on both unsuccessful trips. The person answering the call never confirmed my address. I had to fight for a refund. The female manager was nice and apologetic. She gave me a refund apologizing. The males should have apologized and I should have been offered a discount for the future. I will not be doing business with them again and am stuck eating a cheese sandwich for dinner. Very unprofessional. There is no excuse for how the males treated me even if the address came across wrong. When I called the first time it could have been confirmed. When the driver made his two trips he could have called to confirm location since I'm pretty sure nobody lives where he says he knocked. The food will stay there forever. I'll make my own tomorrow night.

They Steal from you then hang up when you ask for district manager info.We placed an order for delivery one pizza was missing, called and they were supposed to send a replacement pizza 2hrs later still no pizza.I call the store, They refused to refund the pizza only offered store credit. The manager hung up on me when I asked for the district manager information.

So I called manager#1 said he didn't know what happened to the order they apparently made it but it never arrived I asked for a refund they said they can't do that for one item just a store credit. At this point I had zero interest in ordering from them again and said I wanted a refund and didn't understand why they couldn't refund 1 pizza he said "That's okay if you don't understand I'll get you the other manager" didnt wait for an answer just flipped to hold. Manager #2 she says the same thing refuses to refund the pizza only offered store credit. I asked for the district manager information and she hung up on me Acting as if this is MY fault but they didn't deliver a pizza I paid for!!!!

This store deserves zero stars management really needs to screen there delivery drivers very rude and disrespectful I understand working for tips let’s just be clear it is a courtesy not a requirement from the customer

First off, let me just shout out Crystal for making such a delicious-looking amazing tasting Extravangaza---- I think that’s how you spell it. Omg, in my opinion, this is the only Dominos that is so worth it. I mean listen. They put the most effort into their food than any other dominos I have ever been to. The crust was nothing like ever before. You know Pizza Hut, they have crunchy regular crusts the boring part of the pizza oh but Domino's? It was crunchy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. The pepperoni and veggies were crunchy and flavorful. And Oh My Gosh the wings and tator cheese tots dipped in the ranch were the best dessert, completing perfect satisfaction to meet my requirements. And overall this fantastic restaurant is a must-go and I will definitely order it again!

Terrible service from the manager. Would not honor a locally printed coupon in an Attractions Book and did not come out from the back to explain it to us or the other employees who had no idea. Sub par pizza and DEFINITELY not worth the price. We will NOT be going back!
