Terrible and absolutely unacceptable customer service from the delivery driver and front line staff, up to the so-called manager (Ashley)... I certainly hope that the District Manager at least has some customer service skills.Update: I contacted the District Manager (as requested). He was responsive and apologetic. Then, he asked me to contact the store to pick up a free pizza. I called the store to redeem the free pizza and while the staff member acknowledged the free pizza on my account... after he talked with the manager on duty, he then refused to honor the free pizza ($6.99 value) that the District Manager had arranged for and offered me. Absolutely, inexcusably, worst customer service and staff I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Best of luck to the store owner in keeping this business afloat with the current managers and staff.

Asked for Italian marinara and got pasta with white sauce. They offered to make another but I would have to drive to get it. Not worth the bother. Another place that has lost my business

Do not order pizza from this Domino's. We ordered a pizza from there last night. I took a bite of my 2nd slice and a long strand of hair was melted in the cheese. I immediately called the store and the manager refused to replace it.

Went took pizza back felt as if it was not made correctly. Order pan pizza drove back across town to be told this is how pizza should be. Did not try to even make the pizz over to the customer liking who spent the money. Nope never again.

Placed an order,the order was delivered cold!I called the store back and spoke with a young lady and told her what my issue was.She stated she can do a refund or make another order but it will take longer,so I chosed to get a refund while asking her what's her name so I'll know who to ask for if I don't receive.Its been 5 days since the issue and no refund has been returned.These types of businesses are quick to take the money for orders but will run all around the world to return a refund like its THEIR MONEY they're returning! Horrible customer service

Placed an order tonight as I’ve done many of times. I received notification that my order left the store at 9:11. At 9:30 I still did not have my order therefore I called. A gentleman answers the phone that was very nonchalant. Told me i hadn’t received my food because the driver had three orders and he suppose my order was either second or last. I was told I have up until an hour to receive my food. What?? He was not caring nor did he offer an apology. Due to his tone, I asked him for his name. Very rude started, “I don’t have to give you that” and the phone went to the recording then a manager picked up. No apology from her either especially when I said my food was warm.It is within reason that if I received a notification that my order was leaving the store after 15 mins I can call. I have no way of knowing that my order was going out with two other orders. As I was explaining this to the manager, I told her the pizza was not hot, it was warm and the brownie cookie was hard. Spending close to $50 customer service could be a lot better and food should be hot.

Placed an online order for pickup. At no point did I receive a message that I had to pickup my order by a certain time. I Arrived at 10:02pm to pickup my order. The doors were locked. I called the store and the person who answered said they canceled the order because I want there at 10pm. He didnt offer to meet me at the door where I stood. Just that they canceled the order. Why not have a delivery person bring it to me since they were in and out? Many ways to rectify the issue.Why waste food in a world where people don't have any when their's a clerical mistake on their own site.I left with no pizza. I will never order from this location or dominos again. And as a member of greenville's social groups that order from this location, I will let this be known.

Very quick even on busy days/nights.Parking: Parking in front and around side of the store.Kid-friendliness: Kids love pizza, and nothing here should be of any concern regarding children.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or other barriers to wheelchairs.
