I tried Duck Donuts and really enjoyed the experience overall. The peach cobbler donut was especially good—sweet, warm, and nicely balanced. The chocolate iced donut, while rich, was a bit too heavy for my taste, with the chocolate overpowering the donut itself. That said, the shop was cute, with a charming vibe and some outdoor seating, which was a nice touch. One of the best parts was getting to enjoy a freshly made, warm donut with so many flavor options to choose from. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby and craving something sweet straight from the fryer.

The register person wasn’t very friendly and also forgot a portion of our order. We were standing there waiting and she asked if we needed anything else? She was too busy talking to her coworker to remember I assume. Never said have a nice day or greeted. Just given food and employee walked away. Didn’t say you’re welcome after thanking her. I just appreciate manners…. Food/drink was good.

I was a dasher coming in. I was completely ignored, and all 3 women walked away from the counter as soon as I approached. They never said anything to me. The guy had to finally come over and ask what I needed. Rude

Visiting in the AM is such a drag. Twenty minute wait for two donuts. Two employees and only one who was topping donuts. I don't see how this can be efficient when you take online orders as well. The two ladies inside were doing their best, but it's a Friday and the holidays.
025 I can not in good faith keep my 4 star review. The customer service is slow!!! I've visited in the morning before 10AM and after 7PM and it's just slow! I don't care how good the donuts are - why is is taking me 15+ minutes plus for my order to be taken and receive my order.... slow, slow, slow, slow, slow!

Ordered online for a breakfast dozen and when I went to pick I was give the fan favorite dozen instead. Unfortunately I was picking this up for work and couldn't have them re-made and be on time. Please look over the order details before making the donuts. You're better off ordering in person. Maybe then the order wont be messed up.

I don’t know the individual I spoke with but I made an order for some donuts at 8:45pm not realizing they closed at 9pm, i called to ask if they could atleast put them outside since they were closing and i already paid, he told me to just come knock on the door and he would happily bring them out and if it was too late he would tape the box up super good and leave them for me! He was super friendly and helpful the whole phone call and made my entire night! Duck Donuts is very lucky to have him as an employee!

Friday was the last workday before my university's Winter Break, so I was wanting to surprise the office with some of Duck's special donuts. I was actually confused to find only one other customer in the lobby when I entered, yet the three ladies behind the counter were furiously at work. Once I took the time to observe (and eavesdrop) it dawned on me that, in spite of just two customers physically there in the building, they were being slammed... with online orders! That knowledge put my experience into its proper perspective, and I adjusted my interactions accordingly. Rather than thinking I had just waltzed into the building to the front of the line, I imagined the line was actually flowing out onto the sidewalk and there was going to be a wait. But, the wait for a Duck Donut is worth it no matter how 'short' the line in the lobby may be. 😁 **An electronic 'menu board' that has all the orders (both in person and online) graphically represented over a floorplan of the building and parking lot could quickly convey how busy a shop is at any given moment and where each customer truely is in the line. 🤷
