If you have a line and the customer at the counter cannot decide what to order can you not ask them to step aside so others can order or open another register. Waited 10 minutes for a group of six customers that were together to place an order. Cashier just walked away from them. There were two other customers ahead of me waiting also. You know going in they fry them fresh which is appeal. But if you have folks holding up other customers after you have multiple menus up to view while they wait either open another line or ask them to let the next customer through.

I was the only one in the store, bought my donuts and sat down to wait, and after a couple of minutes of waiting and no one started icing the donuts yet the employee really looked at me and said “sorry ma’am I’m in the middle of a conversation” and proceeded with her conversation over to the side with her little group of friends instead of just making the TWO donuts I ordered lol. Goofiest worst service ever

Love this place! The Maple Bacon donuts are the absolute best. My 2nd favorite is The Boardwalk, it taste like a deep-fried oreo. Love watching them make them in front of us!

Well the white young lady must have been having a bad day she seemed to have a attitude the black young lady greeted us as we walked in and she was making the donuts was not looking like she had a attitude maybe next time when we purchased again the atmosphere will be better and hopefully she will be having a better day.

This was such a great place!! It was so fun picking out doughnuts to make. The owners were the nicest people ever and explained everything. We have never been here so this was so much fun. The lady, who sadly I missed her name but was the owner with her husband, was great at explaining how it worked and her husband was making the doughnuts in the back. I have to say these doughnuts ? ? were so incredibly yummy and fresh. They are the best doughnuts I have ever had!! If you have never had these, you must absolutely go and try these and make your own flavor!! They are so awesome!.
