I get the same Iced coffee everytime, the food is always good but as far as customer service goes their was a young lady there who was not friendly. She wasn't out right rude but she never said thank you, your welcome or even smiled. But she's not there anymore and now I have enjoyed going there . It's the only one I will go to, but the Dunhin on Arlington is also a good one, but I only go there if I go to the Drs.

I really wish I could give this location more stars but they are slower than a snail here. Lunchtime is a little better but in the mornings it seems like they cannot get it together. Idk if they're always short staffed or what but it's truly ridiculous that if I place a mobile order 15 mins ahead and when I get there it's still not ready. The employees are usually always nice but my God do they need some help or something.

I am so disappointed in this location. I placed a mobile order on Friday just to get to the window and be told that they were completely out of donuts and they weren't able to cancel the order and to contact support on the app but that support wouldn't actually be available until Monday because they work M-F 9-5 and it was past 9 pm already. Turns out that customer service is down on the app for maintenance. If there aren't any donuts then they have no business accepting mobile orders. Telling us to contact a customer support that is down is not an acceptable solution.

It took me 25 minutes to get a cup of coffee and the guy working there simply said you are the not the only one. Extremely poor service and it's same everyday. So if you are in a hurry for work or anything. DO NOT STOP at this dunkin.

Please do NOT attempt this store. Whomever the owner is really needs to check in on the people running their business. I hate the fact that good people spend money trying to give our community access to places and conveniences in Greenville to help it grow, while people such as these employees are in control of the owners revenue and store reputation.

First when we tried to order, the woman was very aggravated about us asking about the new fall drinks. Next, I pulled up to the window and the woman rudely told me “our eggs are frozen we can’t sell them.” Then I ordered 2 drinks both large and when they came out, one was large and the other was medium and the woman proceeded to lose her patients, walk away while saying “get them”, and ask another employee to help us when all I asked was for the drink size to be fixed. Very disappointed. While the women was very rude, there was a nice gentleman who helped us and gave us the medium drink for free. We ended up sitting there by the window with NO HELP for over 20 minutes.
