I get the same Iced coffee everytime, the food is always good but as far as customer service goes their was a young lady there who was not friendly. She wasn't out right rude but she never said thank you, your welcome or even smiled. But she's not there anymore and now I have enjoyed going there . It's the only one I will go to, but the Dunhin on Arlington is also a good one, but I only go there if I go to the Drs.
I really wish I could give this location more stars but they are slower than a snail here. Lunchtime is a little better but in the mornings it seems like they cannot get it together. Idk if they're always short staffed or what but it's truly ridiculous that if I place a mobile order 15 mins ahead and when I get there it's still not ready. The employees are usually always nice but my God do they need some help or something.
Literally love this location. One time I came through crying and a girl asked me if I needed a hug? Love her.
Huge shout out to the girl who was working the other morning with one other person and still made my drink amazing, and got me to work on time.
