I love their coffee but this location have the rudest employees a person can say thank u to them and they won't even open their mouths to reply. It doesn't cost anything to have common courtesy to customers.

This Dunkin’ donut store on Arlington is less than a mile from my home, but I prefer the one on fire tower road. Be careful and I hope you ask for your receipt, because they over charge me all the time. And they never get my order right.

Takeisha and Tamaya are the absolute best! She makes my day brighter every time I see her and always treats everyone with such a kind heart and excellent service. I have been to this location almost every week for a year now and have always received excellent service and great coffee!

I came back to give this Dunkin another try and I’m glad I did. My visit on 8/25 around 2:30 PM was very pleasant. The staff on shift were on point, and the young man at the register was patient, kind, and helpful. I left with my goodies and a smile—really appreciated the great service!

We went inside to order. The person.working ignored us and the 2.customers that came in after us. Took our order to go. My husband's coffee did not.have.any sweetener, only milk
I ordered 1 donut got 2, paid for 2. I ordered.25 donut holes, half.jelly and mix up the.rest, got.25 jelly. This.used.to.be our go to after doctor appointments. We will find.another.place.to go from now on.

I have never in my life visited any kind of food or beverage establishment with this type of service. I have visited multiple times particularly in the last 6 months and this is what service I get; they are not serving food, out of bread items, no tea. I understand a business that a truck may not have arrived or something like that but to have these issues multiple times in a few months is absolutely insane. I continued to go because it's the closets to my house. This is not the type of service you want to continue to give to your community do you?

How is okay for an employee to be eating bacon as she is serving customers? Every other cashier is just talking and laughing… now I understand why the wait times are at least 20-30 minutes! I’ll head to WaWa from now on
