Staff members were rude and unprofessional . If you don’t want Karen like services then I would go else where . I Waited 15 minutes the lady cooking the food didn’t even start on my food . She preceded to pick and choose which orders she was going to fill . She was complaining about her pay and not being a robot . The cashier had a attitude

So like many many of the other reviews, this locations employees simply have THE WORST ATTITUDES. And it's not sometimes, it's every time I go there! Today I ordered an iced coffee and asked for a blueberry donut, the worker says "let me go check to see if we have any of those " I say ok.... waited there for at least 7 mins .. after almost 10 mins I say "hello??" The chick says yes what can I get for you.... wth how did you forget I was in the drive-thru!!! She literally said she forgot to tell me they had the donut...Smh

The lightskin girl in the drive through has a horrible attitude all I needed was my replacement order everytime I come and she’s working her attitude is different to me then others and I don’t kno why want get my money again

Just ordered 2 iced coffees from here on Saturday at 4:45pm. Worst coffees I've ever had. I don't complain much but they're not even drinkable. They taste like straight creamer with a little bit of syrup and they didn't even fill the cups up. Like quarter of my coffee is missing lol. Waste of $9.

Couldn’t go inside the establishment because they decided to be drive through only today. Seriously inconvenient and honestly dangerous considering how tiny their drive through is.

I went out of my way to come get coffee, I ordered a caramel latte, she gave me vanilla, she also gave it to me with over 3/4 milk. It doesn't taste like coffee is even in it. Don't come here, they usually have an attitude and don't get the orders right!
I got a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and the bagel did not taste like it was toasted. It was very dry almost stale. I also got hashbrowns and they were very soggy. Disappointing overall.

I used to really like stopping by here, however three of my last four visits the staff did not make my order correctly, despite the receipt stating what the order was. The other Dunkin locations are much friendlier and get my order right.

The girl in the drive through that is there every single morning i’ve been there had the worst attitude i’ve ever seen for a drive through worker, every single morning, she dosent answer any questions you ask her, looks at you like ur stupid, and should not be the person who is “greeting” you at the window, she has a 2005 tattoo on her arm and a ton of piercings,just so you know before you have to speak to her. And the workers that come to help her when she dosent know what she’s doing are just as rude. Every time. I love dunkin, but yalls workers suck.
