I have been here several times and every time it has been bad. Ine day I waited over 20 minutes for my food and I placed the order in advanced. They are never friendly at all. I went to day and waited 12 minutes for a sandwich when I got it it looked uncooked. It was cold and my cheese was cold for a hot sandwich.

I placed my order on the Dunkin App and when I arrived I was told “sorry, we aren’t serving any food. “. I asked for a refund because I had already paid using the app and I was told that they couldn’t refund because this restaurant didn’t collect it but the Dunkin Mobile had it and I needed to call them for a refund. Guess who never answered the phone? The Dunkin Mobile only answered with a recorded message suggesting I email them. This is nuts! I am still waiting to get a response from a human and a refund!

First was the wait. I can understand an occasional 10 min drive through wait time but 30 min is insane. Waited 10 minutes just to state I have a mobile order.
In regards to the mobile order, only 1 item was as given. This was not communicated until I got to the door. Once I asked to be refunded for the items not given to me they told me no and slammed the window on me.
Attempted to contact customer service and they aren’t taking calls. Shame as i typically would stop here before work one or twice a week, guess I’ll find a new morning spot. L

Every time I come here my order is wrong and has to be remade.
This is at least the 7th time this location is understaffed causing 15-20 min wait times in the drive thru. I’m going on 12 min wait time currently. Girl at the order area said she is by herself making all the drinks. When I last picked up inside, I watched them scrambling to make drinks and food while calling other staff to get them to come in. Where is management? What are you doing to assist in staffing? Many of us use the app and can’t just leave without paying when the wait is long!!!! I did it last time. I forfeited my money and my order after waiting 10 mins in the drive thru line and I was four back from the ordering area. This will be the last time for me. I’ll drive to Firetower or Arlington. In case this issue is actually concerning to management, you’ve lost at least 6 orders since I’ve been in line. Who knows how many more behind me or those that didn’t join the line since it’s halfway around the building. Just got my drinks. 19 minute wait from ordering to picking up. :(

Gave away my drink to a different person, my food was out of the wrapper and when I went to get a new drink the worker rolled her eyes at me because she had to re make it, like she wasn’t the one who gave it to someone else in the first place. Don’t go here the people working here hate there jobs and you can taste it in the food and the coffee.
