Dunkin is always good, it’s just this location! It needs new management or something. I’m not sure if the staff are all kids or what, but you’re never waiting less than 20 minutes for ANYTHING! 7/10 the order will be wrong and have to be made over, and most of the time they run out of donuts. Why are y’all out of donuts at a donut shop at 3pm on a Friday!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have NEVER had a pleasant experience at this dunkin in the last 5 years. Don’t go here if you dont want to wait a minimum of 20 min (even when they aren’t busy), they are not in any type of hurry. The sanitation here is also nonexistent.

I stopped at this Dunkin for a large refresher and it was filled TO THE BRIM with ice! There was barely any drink at all! I was pissed and should've gone inside, but I was in a hurry.
