I cant believe that the service has gotten even worse. The workers actually seemed angry at me for coming to their store an HOUR before closing. They usually seem angry about working there in general.
The service has consistently gotten worse over the last 2 years and I Will not be going back. They have habitually messed up orders but today was too much. The person taking my order couldn't answer a.question about a menu item and became agitated that I even wanted to know. I guess it was too much to as if their chai latte was sweet, the lady taking my order let me know in no uncertain terms that not only had she NEVER drank one, she never would. I left.

My fiance and I went through drive thru and ordered two large frozen coffees they were two different types of flavors and repeated the order got to the wimdow was hand drinks.. my fiance likes to give the right amount and then tip.witch we did. But two grown men can't get two drinks right? I could understand if they were busy but we were the only costumers. The phone to the store just rings. I can tell you that they lost our business. We went through the drive thur today around 1:30. The employee at the window handed me my coffee without saying one word. No thank you, no smile, nothing, just closes the window. I had change coming back so I got her attention and she reopened the window. I asked her could I have my change please because I didn't like attitude to start with. She proceeded to tell me there was a change shortage. What in the would does that even mean? The covid situation is long gone. My comeback was" you really should tell people that from the start instead of keeping their money" It's not about the change I was due at all. It's the way she handled it. Someone should really go to the bank for coins on Friday if what she said was true because the bank has plenty. Go figure.

I stood at the counter observing the employees talk and laugh. I waited to be helped. I know they are young people but customers comes first, or at least they used to. Not going back to THAT Dunkin'.

Workers won't even look you in the eye or say a word because they're looking at their phones when taking your order and ALWAYS mess up our drinks and food. This place needs management to come in and fire them all.

My husband and I pull up to the location and notice a girl outside yelling into her phone and then notice she has a Dunkin shirt on so she is on the phone fussing with someone while on the clock. I walk in, was not greeted at all from anyone I made eye contact with. I waited over 20 minutes for ONE coffee drink that was done incorrectly. As I am waiting for my coffee the employee that finished up her phone call came in huffing and puffing and immediately started working on my drink. By this time there were a few of us waiting. She yells out coffee orders that was not anything I ordered. She looks at me and says, very disrespectfully “ain’t this your drink” for one- this is not how you conduct customer service. Once I tell her what I order she tells me this is my drink. I get it, and none of the extras I added was on the drink. Mistakes happen I am very easy to accommodate with but the attitude, the disrespect, the fact she was outside in the front of the parking lot yelling into her phone is so unacceptable. The cleanliness in the store was not even a 1 star. A lot of cleaning up needs to be done at this location before I will ever return.

When I say the customer service HERE is terrible. They don’t greet you when u walk in. It’s like pulling teeth to get human communication and acknowledgment from them. Pls hire a professional staff that can handle a simple task of providing decent customer service.
