There seemed to be enough staff behind the counter however they pay no attention to you standing there and when they finally come to the register they just look at you while waiting on you to place your order. They seemed bothered by us ordering. Will not come to this location again. Please have a sense of enthusiasm, professionalism & be customer service driven if you’re going to work at an establishment such as this.

They will mess up your food about 76% of the time and half the time it isn’t even hot.2 years later… nothing has changed. You’re going to sit in drive thru for 15 minutes or more for mediocre service. Don’t come here if you’re pressed for time!

Love Dunkin so much. Love going there before work for coffee and breakfast. My go to drink is a medium frozen coffee with caramel and oatmilk and it never misses. Most of the people are pretty nice and helpful, there has been an instance of workers having attitudes with each other on the line because of some kitchen frustration. Everytime I have gone they have had it correct and completed in a timely manner. Sometimes it does get busy but they are good with keeping up with mobile orders
