Food:I used to go here a lot and at first the food was good, but overtime it started to taste bad. I don't know if the kitchen workers have changed or they just stopped caring.There's even been past reviews that make me question how they pass inspection.Service + Atmosphere:There used to be these workers there that were really inviting, sweet, and helpful. The American lady in front, I don't even see her anymore at all.It's disappointing to come in for a meal and see either, the younger workers playing around, the Asian guy playing with his feet or yelling at the other workers, or the Asian lady playing with her feet as well.I don't think I'll come back unless things change because it all just seems unsanitary and they lack care for their customers. I really wish that guy, Jesse, was there more often, he was very funny and treated everyone like family.Vegetarian options: When choosing vegetarian options, please ask your server if Beef Bone Broth is used in the meal, because that is their staple for almost all food.Parking: It's a shared parking lot with other businesses. The nail salon normally takes up most of the spots.Wheelchair accessibility: The access is not directly in front of the door, but off to the side. There is no handicap parking either.

Always prompt with their service and food. Fresh, fragrant and portion sizes are usually good ratio.It's been clean every time we've visited. Pho broth is exquisite in depth of flavors. We've had pho at many different restaurants throughout NC and ECPho ranks in the top 3. Fresh rolls are the best we've had as well. Vermicelli Noodle, Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Mis, Bobo teas and Rice Plates are our usual dishes we frequent.Authentic Vietnamese food in Greenville!

Its been a while since ive been back here. My wife liked the place but when they changed the boba to their newer version she quit. me personally, every time i ate here, it was a little pricey for what they give you, and my food was always bland tasting. not once, always. this is why i quit eating here, but everyones taste buds are different.the service was adequet, as expected of todays service workers, but the drinks they make are pretty good so if nothing else, its worth the risk to try one of their teas.

I went for lunch and didn't see/find a lunch menu. Food was not good......and very overpriced. My Pork Bahn mi was very "fatty" with an unusual dipping sauce. The sandwich bread was very institutional tasting......Our waiter however was very nice/attentive. The restaurant had a off-putting smell covered up by strong incense.

I went here to eat with my son an was very happy with the service and the food. This was my first time eating Vietnamese food and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered pork with ramen noodles and it was a good sized portion and the pork was flavored excellently!

I purchased the rare beef and tendon pho...it lacked flavor tremendously definitely not authentic pho. One I ordered my server brought back the food and never came back to my table and when they did they already had the check I will not be going
