Unfortunately like must places now a days. The cashier can't hear when you order so they mess up on your order. Other then messing up on the order the store was clean and everything was stocked well. Just disappointed with how bad cashiers don't listen.

The quality and service was good. The staff was professional, friendly, courteous, cordial, enthusiastic, and very detailed oriented. My sub - no bread, cheese, or mustard (tuna salad, extra lettuce, onions, and green peppers and all the trimmings) was made to order with the modifications that I requested and because of the atmosphere, I was planning to do carry out but decided to dine in and was very happy with my service and food overall. I like making my own tuna salad at home,...

I've been going to the Arlington location for years back when the owner JP used to be there. The employees always remember me, my name and usually know what I order. The brisket subs should be made with mustard and BBQ sauce instead of mayonnaise 😊
