What a hidden surprise this place is! I was utterly blown away at how FANTASTIC the burger and homemade chips were. Chef Shon was so friendly and provided great service as well. He truly knows how to make a killer burger! I highly recommend this place if you want a bite to eat or drink prior to your flight. Honestly, if I lived here I would come here just to get food.

First Class Bistro is by far the best caterer that I have ever dealt with. The service provided and the quality of the food was excellent from the breakfast to the lunch menu items. We had our State Employees Association of North Carolina-SEANC District 65 Annual Training Meeting on Saturday, August 17, 2024 and it was one for the books. Shon, the owner did a phenomenal job with our food presentation and made sure we had everything we needed for our Annual Meeting. We can’t wait to book our next event.

Can't say enough good things about FC Bistro. DO NOT sleep on this spot just because it's in the airport. I would go as far as to say Shawn's burger is the best in Greenville. Always get the chili regardless of what you get, you won't be disappointed.
Haven't personally gone yet but had it delivered for the first time earlier this week. We got the cheese eggs, bacon, hashbrown and pancake plate. It was so incredibly good that we ordered again today and added the bacon and cheese croissant. Amazing homestyle breakfast!! Highly recommend.
Had both breakfast and lunch here. Shawn (owner) took great care of us. Good breakfast and excellent burger for lunch. Definitely a good one hundred dollar 1/2 hamburger. Toppings were fresh and good meat and the fries were great as well. Shawn won’t serve it unless he would be willing to eat it.
